This is a new home with new furniture and appliances. It has 3 baths and 5 bedrooms, with comfortable beds, including a king, 3 queens, a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, day bed, pack n play, and toddler "Harry Potter" bed under the stairs. We have a game room and a weight room as well as a fire pit and beautiful views of the mountains. Fast Wifi of 300 Mbps - perfect for working or doing homework from home.
The kitchen has all granite counters and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glassware, etc. We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner and lots of fluffy towels. We have a grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit out back. Washer and dryer for your convenience on longer stays and and a two-car garage to park your car.
Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with our 330 days a year of sunshine and gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains. Safe, quiet neighborhood close to the freeway for easy access to White Sands or any other destination. This desert oasis has all of the necessities of home and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the highway. Enjoy two parks near by, including a splash pad park, as well as the near by Dona Ana's which are great for mountain biking! Red Hawk Golf course is close by.
You will have full access to the property, no amenities are shared. We have keyless entry for your convenience.

If you are looking for sun, Las Cruces has 294 sunny days per year! Las Cruces is a wonderful place to visit and live. There are a ton of museums and social activities to enjoy at any age. This house is in the posh Sonoma Ranch neighborhood with a golf course and restaurant that is open to the public. There is a brand new Starbucks right down the street, and a lot of restaurants and shops are being built now and coming into this neighborhood. This is a very safe area to walk or jog. Take a walk around the historic town of Mesilla and visit award winning cafes, restaurants and shops while enjoying the historic Plaza with San Albino Basilica.
This is an amazing location to have access to anywhere in Las Cruces in just a few minutes, but you definitely need a car, like most spots in Cruces. Even downtown or Mesilla is just 15 minutes away by highway! This is a perfect location to stay at when house hunting in Las Cruces or moving to the area, or to access White Sands (40 minutes away), NASA or Spaceport America.
The effect of Covid-19 on Las Cruces has been very minimal. Lots of great restaurants are still open for takeout and curbside delivery orders, plenty of great hiking trails and outdoor activities. And this weather this Spring has been the best ever!

This is a new property with new furnishings. We want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you!
RULES AND FEES SUMMARY
$65 for taking the garage remote and not returning it
$35 for failure to take garbage cans to the curb on garbage day
$25 for failure to turn off the grill, propane tank, or gas stove knobs
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. MST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. MST. NO Early Check-in or late check-out without prior approval. There will be a Late Check-Out fee of $25 if leaving the property 25 minutes after 11 A.M.NO ARRIVALS OR DEPARTURES ALLOWED Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (Dec 24th & 25th), New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day or Thanksgiving day!
2. Keys must be returned to lockbox on checkout as cleaners need that for access, and all keys and garage remotes must be present onsite, otherwise a $150 locksmith fee will be charged.
3. This is a NON SMOKING property, no smoking is allowed inside or out because of fire damage. If smoke smell or butts are found a $250 fee will be charged in addition to the cost of removing smell and/or any damage. Pets are not permitted in property unless prior approval is received and pet fee paid.
4. Not a party place- please be quiet and respectful of neighbors.
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash area. d. All doors and windows are closed and unit is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens or towels are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the Las Cruces Police Department.
6. CLEANING FEE - A nonrefundable cleaning fee is required in addition to the rental rate and Damage/Reservation deposit.
7. CANCELLATIONS - We have a strict cancellation policy.
8. THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS – Third party bookings are not allowed unless pre-approved, the booking account must be for the guest.
9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of people on property, at all times, is limited to sixteen (16) persons. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to eight (8) will be assessed. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
10. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
11. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however it is available at an additional rate.
12. INTERNET USAGE – Usage of internet for illegal downloading is strictly prohibited and guest is responsible for usage by other occupants of the house.
13. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
14. Guest voluntarily accepts all risk of personal injury, death and property damage (including personal property) to themselves, their family or anyone on the Premises with their permission, which injury or damage results from their use of the Premises. This includes falling off bunk beds and all other possible risks associated with the property.
15. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
Described as “new property with new furnishings”. Actual property is drab and very “used” with much broken furniture: ottoman/coffee table, 4 broken dining chairs (some very dirty), trundle bed super loose with broken slates that can’t be tightened, play structure outside broken and covered with cardboard boxes, toilet paper holder downstairs bath broken, kitchen cabinet fronts broken and coming off, freezer is broken and leaks on kitchen floor (perhaps not defrosted in a long time), sectional couch broken and not fastened together causing one of our party to fall. The ”beautiful views” promised have been obstructed by houses built very close (with barking dogs in all 3 yards). “Exercise room” and “game room“ in name only---”fully stocked kitchen” is minimally equipped. Totally inadequate supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Sticky spots of something on the dining table. Description should indicate that downstairs bedroom is not a bona fide bedroom, being furnished with a trundle bed. It would be helpful to describe and locate bedrooms in description for future renters. Multiple maintenance and housekeeping issues brought to the attention of the host with pictures provided.
Great communication from host. Beautiful, clean house with everything you need.
Easy access to interstate and 24 hour Wal-Mart. Location is close to Paz and Hardy baseball fields. House is very comfortable and sleeping arrangements were very accommodating for our families.
Nice property! Only difficulty was we had not received entry instructions and there is a code locked gate and front door. We would stay there again!

The home worked fine for 6 adults.
We rented the property to house children and chaperones for a church conference in Las Cruces. The facility was immaculate and spacious for our needs. All of the amenities were modern and efficient. The game room bed room was a great plus. Additionally, the location was super convenient. We were less than 15 minutes from the venues we needed to attend and from shopping areas. We only have two minor critiques. For future tenants it should be noted that the Harry Potter themed room is basically for a small child that way expectations aren't met for an adult to room there. Also provide dimensions for the bedrooms so that larger groups can have an idea of the space for planning purposes. Overall, whenever we are in Las Cruces we will seek out this property again. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.
This home is amazing, exceeding expectations in every way. Lots of space, very nice furnishings, and everything you could need. Perfect location in a newer neighborhood. Host was very communicative and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely try staying here again in the future!
This house was perfectly sized for all 16 of us and had all the amenities we could ask for! It was clean upon arrival and the homeowners were available for any questions we may have had. Beds were comfortable and the upstairs balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. I definitely recommend this place!
