Agnanti Beach House

we had an amazing and unforgettable time in this Villa & Beach House. The House is cozy and welcoming. Very big Terrace with great views and only 50meters from the beautiful Sapsila Beach. Very special and so rare to find in 2024. also very convenient located - close to Skala and Chora and grikos Beach. Plenty of Food Options around. Gregory is a fantastic Host - very caring and friendly, brillant communication before, during and after our stay - and most of all really proactive! also Lady Tatiana the Cleaning Lady is super! we loved our stay sooo much we will come back 2025 again! unforgettable and so beautiful and relaxing!

The house on Sapsila beach is beautiful. You can always hear the water and the views are amazing. The decor and setup is very Greek and is exactly what you think it will be. The cottage comes with all you need and you get extra provisions like wine, bread, cheese, ham etc. just to make the stay even better. Would definitely recommend this wonderful cottage

Just back from having spent a wonderful week in Patmos staying at this property. We were two couples and so the accomodation was perfect. Fresh linen and towels on regular basis and super comfortable beds. House was picture perfect and beautifully designed. Very clean and fresh. The owner was so pleasant and always available by phone to answer any questions if required. We cooked alot and enjoyed using the barbecue nearly every night. Beneto's restaurant is at the end of the bay and we had a good dinner there too. House would also suit families too as the beach is at the end of garden and slide and swing available. Would love to come back!!

We rented this house last august for 3 marvellous week . The house is perfect, with two independents rooms, two bathrooms a complete kitchen , with everything (I'm italian and I cooked there very day).Stunning view and incredible location, direct on a quiet almost private beach with the most charming little Church. Quiet, perfect, beautiful. We never expected such a great place. Greg and his brother were so nice and at our total disposal. Then there was a fantastic cleaning Lady , Vera, coming into house every day. We are traveller so we had been in many of Greek Islands but Patmos is special, so spiritual and chic at the same time. Anyone will go there and stay in this house will remember this house and island forever.
