Aggie Game Day Retreat ~ 1 Mi to Texas A & M!

this was a great, spacious house. Lots of places to sleep and included pots and pans. Was a really fun house.

The pics are misleading, the bedrooms have all their own problems with broken doors, windows, etc. the only way to enter the master room is thru the bathroom, the living room entrance floor was broken and someone coulda gotten hurt. And there were cockroaches everywhere. Plus when we arrived it wasn’t cleaned up, dirty sheets and towels on the floor from the people before us. We asked for a refund,nothing yet

Great location for a group of people visiting college station. Lots of beds and seating. Great for a big family.

It was great! The house was ready. Simple check in process. It was listed correctly minus the hot tub if its not available they need to remove the picture. Cleanliness could have been a little better and it definitely needs a handy man. But overall our stay was nice and everything turned out well

Wife and I booked this because we had a couple cadets coming to stay with us for their march at the football game. We expected 5 total people but ended up with 10 I think.Michael has the place done up well for a great time and being close to campus is great. We really enjoyed the trip and the amenities and recommend it highly!Great time, thanks!

Great place, close to A&M, plenty of rooms, beds, large kitchen, and great backyard. Hard to imagine you can get a better value in the area.

The location and size were great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The issue we had was the photos describing the house were inaccurate, completely different furniture, no games for the kids and we chose the house for the hot tub which we weren’t allowed to use. If we had had the hot tub it would have made thev house so much better.

The property was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our sons graduation from A&M!

Great place to stay. The location provided easy access to all areas in BCS. The house provided all amenities needed for our stay and was nicely decorated. I would definitely book again.

Home suited our needs well. House cleaners need to up their game. Beds were comfortable.

Copying and pasting the email I sent the manager because it is too much to type. He replied the next day and did offer to send a technician to check the AC. I will say the AC issue was not as bad at night. During the day it feels like the house is too big for the AC to cool properly during a hot day as hot as that weekend was. I would recommend that if they know the property is booked, they atleast leave the upstairs window unit on “auto” as it took about 5 hours for the room to get cold. Here is the message I sent the manager: I booked this property for this weekend. In my opinion I did not find the property as advertised. I am not a type of person that likes to complain, but today I feel truly frustrated as I brought my whole family here with the expectation of spending a pleasant and comfortable weekend. Here’s what I would like to bring to your attention: * The home did not smell or look clean. It looked like they only did the necessary to make it look clean. The home is very dusty. Smells musty. The linens look and smell as if they haven’t been changed in days. * hot tub: my daughter was very much looking forward to using the hot tub. After settling in, we took her to the back to finally get her in the tub. We were very disappointed to find the tub filthy and with no water. The back patio is also filthy and not even tidied up. * AC- The AC does not cool enough. We arrived at 5 pm. Turned on the acs. The upstairs bedroom has a window uni
