Very clean and well organized property. Host is extremely communicative. The pool and hot tub system is well designed and a terrific activity before and after football game festivities. We have stayed at this property multiple times and will do so again!

Ashley was a great host and the home was excellent. Well furnished and the beds were great. We really appreciated the coffee bar and use of the pool and spa. We hope to book again next year for our annual trip.

The property was perfect for eight individuals. Ashley was most accommodating. I highly recommend not only for great service, but pool and jacuzzi tub feature.

Fantastic stay! The owner had thought of everything we might possibly need to make our stay wonderful. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker and HEB coffee and all of the essentials! The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. Beds and bathrooms were wonderful, including the pull out sofa. Laundry room had supplies and plenty of pool towels! We had a small glitch when we arrived and the owner responded immediately to fix it. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone! We had a wonderful celebration of our son's graduation...thank you!

What a great place to stay! Beautiful home close to Texas A&M but in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and backyard were wonderful. The host was extremely accommodating and easy to reach with any questions.Anyone attending an event at Texas A&M or just visiting the area would be a fool NOT to stay here!

A very nice home to stay at in College Station!! Pool was awesome and all the bedrooms were Very Comfortable mattresses!

this property is fully updated and as shown on the listing. owner was prompt in responding to any questions and accommodations. further away than anticipated but not bad at all. quiet neighborhood. good spot for our family coming in for a graduation!

House was very clean and furniture in very good condition. Kitchen was well equipped and had been nicely remodeled from the photos that were originally shown. Beautiful backyard! Great location and a nice place to gather with family and friends!

We truly enjoyed everything about this place! The beds were AMAZING!! If I had to critique one thing...the vent in the master bathroom was not able to be turned off when the light was on. So if you had the light on, you had to listen it. Annoying but not a deal breaker. Melissa

The property was absolutely perfect in every way. It is newly renovated, clean and sleeps 8 wonderfully well. The pool, jacuzzi tub and backyard atmosphere was definitely a bonus for entertaining family. We will rebook this property.

Ashley was amazing, the house/property was amazing, and it made our weekend so amazing. Clean house, not cluttered which felt simple yet cozy and classy. Made my mind relax as a result. We were in town to see my son march for the Core and watch a game. The pool was an awesome addition where we just took a dip in between activities. Watched the Vikings game from the patio on Sunday and ate BBQ. LOVED!

This property was perfect for our stay in College Station. It is updated, very clean, and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and was just the right temperature to enjoy in the June heat. It also has some shade in the afternoon, which is nice when you've had enough sun. Ashley was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. I would 100% recommend staying at this property!
