Agave House, Views Of Chimney Rock, Pets OK!

Tons of space and the kitchen was very well outfitted with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, and the living room TV worked great. Would recommend.

This was our first trip to Sedona and it was beautiful. We'll be back. This rental location and the general maintenance of the property was good, and we were very thankful to be able to stay with our 9 yr old dog.

We loved this place. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is ideal for exploring the hiking trails which were all 15-30 minutes drive. There are so many great places to eat close by also. The meditation garden and the view of the red rocks in the backyard were big highlights for us. Also there was plenty of hot water for showers which is not always the case with some places. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked with all the equipment you could need. The bedroom with the two twin beds isn't great for light sleepers however bc those beds are squeaky. Any movement at all makes the bed sqeak. I had to sleep on the sofa which was actually totally fine with me but just a heads up about that. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

This stay was one of the best! Everything you could think of was included, even a telescope! Close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The back yard has 3 sitting/eating areas and a medicine wheel with benches to meditate. Thrre was even a little visitor out front. We absolutely love Agave House!

We have visited Sedona many times and stay in VRBOs. The location of this rental was good. It is a manufactured home and in a manufactured home community. The property itself was good. The kitchen space was great. The layout of this home made it feel spacious. The A/C(air) in the twin bedroom didn't cool well. I did not like that both glass doors on the rear of the home did not have shades or curtains. The yard does not have enclosed fencing so is accessible. We were a group of 4 women and it didn't make us feel very secure since the property lacked ring cameras or security cameras at the doors. The game room with all the games was a nice touch. The home is furnished very tastefully with many different seating areas. The home was clean upon arrival. The listing doesn't mention that the home has a no shoe policy, but all doors have signs that say please remove shoes. Overall the stay was comfortable.

The house was very clean and well stocked with appliances etc. Check in/out instructions very easy to follow. Nice places to sit outdoors. Convenient location to downtown and to village of Oak Creek.

The location worked for our needs, but overall the stay was underwhelming—especially considering the price. The home is a manufactured unit, which wasn’t clear from the listing, and it didn’t quite measure up to the standards we've experienced at other properties. We were surprised by an additional 100 charge just to arrive a little early or leave a little late, which felt excessive. Also, there’s a no-shoes policy inside the home, but this wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. We noticed a sour smell from the towels, cobwebs on the ceiling, and no basic cleaning supplies like a mop were available. Privacy was also a concern, as there was no way to cover the back door windows. With some clearer communication and a few basic improvements, this could be a much better experience.

This property was excellent overall. Great amenties and location as described. Easy check-in and out. Able to walk to nearby trails or conveniently drive to all the sights. A couple negatives were an odd smell in the house like mildew and the locks weren't very secure on all the doors. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

The Agave House meets all expectations and lives up to the high rating that it has. Perfect for our family of 4. Great location. Very clean. Fantastic kitchen. We appreciated the extras like the Red Rock Pass! This will be our first choice to stay the next time we visit Sedona.

The Agave House rental was very enjoyable and pleasant. It has an easy check-in, great parking,great location, quiet and walkable neighborhood, immaculate, roomy home and well-stocked withthoughtful traveler needs, lovely red rock views on the lovely patio. The kitchen is great to work in. Itcould use a salad spinner and an actual dish rag instead of just a sponge. The bathroom towels aresomewhat rough and the bed sheet on main bed doesn’t seem a good fit as it falls off the mattressafter a sleep. We definitely liked this accommodation overall.

Wonderful property. It was quite and well kept. I throughly enjoyed myself. It was beautiful.

It was clean, the interior was nice, the location was good, and when I had a problem and called the office, they responded immediately, which was great. One thing that bothered me was that the curtains were thin and when I turned on the lights at night, I could see everything from the outside. It was a girls' trip, and a suspicious person came, so we got scared and put a blanket over the window so that couldn't be seen from outside.
