This space is also convenient whether you’re in town for a conference, visiting friends and family, travelling to Grand Park for a soccer game, or simply want a convenient place to spend the weekend as you take in the summer concerts and the charm of Hamilton County!

This 400 Sq ft two story home, which was built in the 1900 and renovated in 2019, is full of character. It consists of a living/kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The living area and bedroom are upstairs, while the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove/oven, a coffee maker, and a microwave. It comes supplied with coffee, a selection of teas and cooking utensils, should you want to put your discoveries at the local Farmer’s Market to use.

If you want to unwind and relax, head up the set of slightly more narrow, interior stairs to the living room and the bedroom, where you will find a 55 inch Smart TV with access to Roku, Hulu, Netflix, and more than 50 channels, including CNN, HGTV, ESPN, The Food Network and many others.

The bedroom has a luxurious new full-size mattress, and there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room area. This space is great for couples/solo + business travelers/small families.

The Summary:
- 1 bedroom/1 bathroom with queen sofa pullout
- 400 sq. ft. split level home with private entrance
- 55 inch Smart TV with Roku, Hulu, Netflix
- High speed internet
- Pet friendly
- 1 private parking spot + generous/free off street parking

Located within:
- 1 mile of Downtown/Old Town Noblesville
- 15 minute drive to Ruoff Music center

- 20 minute drive to growing metropolis of Carmel and Fishers

The entire carriage home is available solely for the guests` use - no need to worry about sharing the space with others! The entrance is private, allowing guests to come and go at their convenience. There is one private parking spot very close to the entrance of the carriage house and plenty of free street parking in front of the property. Towels and toiletries are provided for use, as well as a hairdryer and iron/ironing mat.

The space is entirely for guests to enjoy their time, so I will not on location. However, I am easily accessible via text message.

Home is in a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown Noblesville.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services, especially for those attending events in the area - parking can be difficult to find, sometimes longer walks are necessary and traffic can be bad when exiting concerts, etc.

Cute little house. We enjoyed the complimentary water bottles, and my daughter enjoyed one of the breakfast bars. Very close to a fun downtown area with lots of fun restaurants and shops. We found a few pet hairs, but overall everything seemed pretty clean. Would definitely stay again.

Worth the price overall. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. It's an old house with some quirks, but fine overall. Would've been nice to have a full sized fridge. Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope.

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage for our weekend aeay. It was just right for 3 adults, as we walked to downtown, enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. We took in a concert with an easy Uber ride to Ruoff Music Center. If ever in area i would stay again.

My girlfriend and I booked this place for 2 days and 2 nights as we were going to a wedding in Noblesville. The place itself was okay when we first arrived. The bed and kitchen were small, the TV didn’t work, and the shower light in the bathroom was out but nothing substantial. However, when we came back from the wedding on the second day, we did not have running water. We let the owner know and they got into contact with the water company. At 3 AM, someone from the water company banged on the door and explained the situation: the owner had called earlier in the day to shut off the water to the property as there was an issue with flooding in the front house. The water company was not able to get back into contact with the owner/the front house so they wanted to tell us by going to our door. We ended up leaving a few hours earlier than we planned the next morning. We still didn’t have water when leaving. We didn’t have running water for about a quarter of our stay. We tried to get into contact with the host for any more information after the stay. They said they were on vacation and would give us more information the following week, but we never heard back. Overall, I understand that freak issues come up, but the host should alert the guest if they know something came up (like them shutting the water off while they have a guest staying) and the host should be there to handle the issue instead of having the guest directly interface with the water company.

The upstairs bedroom and living room area was okay. Needed a dresser for the clothes so we weren’t living out of the suitcase. The bathroom situation and kitchen was not nice. No counter space in the kitchen and bathroom. Going up and downstairs to use the bathroom was not fun.

Nestled in a charming neighborhood, this small carriage home proved to be a delightful haven for our last-minute trip to a soccer tournament. As hotels were fully booked, we were thrilled to find this gem that not only met our needs but exceeded our expectations. Traveling with our senior dog, who requires daily insulin shots and is both blind and high-anxiety, can be challenging. However, the first floor provided a safe and comfortable environment for her. The home was impeccably clean and offered all the comforts we needed. My family truly enjoyed our stay, and we cherished the peace and tranquility it provided amidst the hustle and bustle of the tournament. This experience was so positive that we are already planning to return for future events. Highly recommended!

In town for family events & perfect place to stay. Easy walk to downtown Noblesville. Just enough room for 2 adults, 2 kids (7 & 9) and our German shepherd dog + her cage. Great communication with Suni. Zero complaints!

Will never stay there again. The steps were soo steep, they were frightening. Very small, especially the bathroom. It took forever to get hot water & would only stay hot for a very short time. The sofa bed was a piece of crap. The so called bedroom was way too small & the full size bed was very small. Didn’t appreciate the false advertising.
