Affordable Luxury-All Kings-5 min to Urban Bourbon

We had a perfect stay for a small Thanksgiving gathering with family. The house was so clean and well equipped. All the comforts of home with extras, too. The cost was higher than other places I was looking at and, while I was hesitant to book at first, I now see that you get what you pay for. I wish it had been warm enough to be out in the backyard! I highly recommend!

My wife and I travel a lot but have never written a review. The reason I am writing one this time is that it is extremely unusual that a property you rent is even nicer than how it was represented online.A few thoughts: it is even bigger than it looks and already looks spacious, there is great attention to detail to make your stay enjoyable, there was firewood and nice chairs provided for the fire pit, all nice and newer furniture, beds are extremely comfortable, and the owners responded to questions faster than anyone I have ever seen… Literally within 30 minutes or less every single time.This property is also extremely well located in a safe neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk of a fun area with restaurants, shops, etc. We spent a lot of our three day trip walking the area even at night and always felt perfectly safe and if you want to go further, Uber and Lyft are both readily available which we used also.We traveled with two other couples who we have literally been all over the world with on trips, and all six of us gave it a five star rating and if there was such a level for value, we would have given it a 5. It’s seldom I would ever say this, but if this is in the geographic area you are looking, look no further and rent this property. Good performance deserves accolades, which is why I took the time to write this.

Everything was perfect and inviting. The accommodations were off the chart they made sure we had every little thing we needed for our visit from Arizona. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We enjoyed our stay at the property for our son's baseball tournament. Clean and comfortable! Close to restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

This property was fantastic. The house was updated, the bedrooms were large, there was plenty of common space, and a nice outdoor area in the back of the house. The house was equipped with hotel-like amenities (travel-sized toiletries, snacks, bedside water bottles). Sammie was very responsive and the check in process was easy

This house was amazing. It has been updated with luxury ammenities.The kitchen was filled with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and entertain your group. The backyard has a firepit and multiple seating options. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and smart TVs. Our group of 6 had plenty of room to relax in this spacious house. It is conveniently located close to many dining options in the heart of the Highlands.

Three couples weekend getaway. The Christy house has everything you need and more. The owners thought of everything! We will stay here again if we come back to Louisville.

This home is just wonderful! It's comfortable, relaxing, nicely decorated, extremely clean, great communication and close to everything that's bourbon, food, Derby and shopping. We can’t rave about this property our stay enough! The house is beautiful and clean. They do this right; it’s like a hotel - all the things you may need! We were so sad to head back home and we had a wonderful stay. We would love to stay there again! Thank you!
