Stayed Jan 1, 2026We have stayed in this lovely home for extended periods a number of times. Everything is always in fine working order, and when something breaks (which is inevitable) the owners waste no time in replacing/repairing that item. It is very comfortable for us to stay for months at a time because this is a home that is not lacking in any way. Whenever we arrive the place is spotless and ready for us to move right in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, and a good supply of dishes and cooking equipment.Highly recommend this host!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This house has everything you need, from a fully equipped and nicely stocked kitchen, to washer and dryer, there is really nothing missing that you would expect in your own home. The best part about staying here are the owners. Wendy responds to any issue within hours, and resolves them in short order. All rental homes are going to have things come up, and the difference between terrific owners and poor ones is immense. Highly recommend this property!

Stayed Dec 11, 2023We have stayed at this house in Havasu 2 times, 30 days each visit. We were very comfortable in the house, its located in a subdivision, you have to drive to reach the lake but we were fine with that. If we want to stay in Havasu again this will be the 1st place I will see if is available because it works for us and I feel comfortable with the Manager

Stayed Apr 24, 2024Cozy home on quiet street close to everything. We stayed for a fishing trip to lake havasu for 4 night with 3 adults and iur dogs. House was nice and had plenty of room for cars and boat. Backyard is fenced in which is nice for pets. Everything worked great and check in and out was as smooths as can be. Will definitely be back soon.
