Perfect place for our family to stay for a family wedding. The host was super responsive, friendly and accommodating.

While the house has many bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people, The property is best suited to four, as dining and lounging space is limited. The beds are fabulous, the bathrooms very clean, the kitchen well stocked and very functional. There is a great park for evening walks right across the road and you are within 5 minutes to lots of restaurants.

This home was perfect for the five of us. It was clean, stocked with kitchen items, information about local businesses nearby, and all the necessary supplies. The beds were comfortable and the home had an overall cozy ambience. We especially appreciated its closeness to the airport and grocery stores, gas station and just about everything you could want. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here over two weeks and enjoyed all the comforts of home in a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed family dinners in the back garden some evenings and the host host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

4 adults and 3 teenagers (19, 16, 14) rented this house while we explored Thunder Bay. Great value for the house size and having common rooms like kitchen and living room to hang out. Host is prompt and professional!

The house was immaculately clean and was centrally located for a stay in Thunder Bay. I was traveling with my three sisters and we appreciated having four nicely furnished bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Very comfortable. The host did a great job communicating with us. I would highly recommended this house to anyone wanting to stay in Thunder Bay.

The house was very clean and modern. No hot tub was viewable from the inside of the house nor were bikes accessible. We did not utilize the back yard because the owner was sitting out there and then proceeded to mow the lawn while we were in attendance inside the house. It was difficult for us to feel comfortable leaving while he was there and knew the entrance code. He also showed up early in the morning the day we departed. Seems as if he didn’t trust us. His being there made us feel uncomfortable. And the back door is locked which is a huge safety issue if a fire were to occur. The basement is continually occupied which creeped us out. We assumed that the house was free of other occupants. We would not have rented if we would have known. We could hear a tv and see lights via the vents in the lower bedrooms. The house is very close to the airport so noise from planes was routine. A grab bar and tub mat for the shower is suggested for those with mobility issues. Also a listing of recommended restaurants and local grocery stores, along with their addresses, would be beneficial for those who are new to the area.

The property was great. We were in Thunder Bay for work for the week and the accommodations had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

6 of us stayed here for 3 nights and found comfortable, clean beds in 4 bedrooms. We enjoyed the kitchen amenities and living room as our common space. Communication was thoughtful and pro-active. House as described. Thank you.
