Stayed Oct 15, 2025Kitchen was well equipped and very functional. Livingroom and TV entertainment was easy and comfortable. Heat and Cooling worked fine.Nice, quiet, Neighborhood and location was convenient. Recommend entry through Garage, was easy for us - one vehicle. Host response by phone was fairly, quick and helpful -- the Guestbook was a bit outdated -- but after call; it was all sorted out. Enjoyed Flagstaff.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. It's nestled in a safe, well landscaped subdivision. We spent most of our time at the fairgrounds, so it was very well located. Downtown was about 10-12 minutes away. I loved the running trails nearby!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025This house is in a very nice neighborhood in a great location. It was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and everything you need in a kitchen. We had 4 children (ages 10-15) and we had plenty of room. Check in and out was very easy. I loved reading the guestbook because other people gave ideas for food and activities. The house even had a binder full of local activities and restaurant recommendations. We went to Flagstaff Extreme, which was super fun and it's only maybe 10 minutes from the house. Thank you! Highly recommend staying here! Oh, and the listing says it doesn't have AC, but they have window ACs in every room and it was very cold.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfectly located for a variety of activities. Lovely deck to relax on, and smell the pine trees. House was well-appointed, and laid out nicely.
