Home is clean and comfortable. Owners were quick to respond and helpful. Great screened in porch and accessible to shopping and museums. We would rent again !

We LOVED this place. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped,including the kitchen. Everything worked well including the hot tub. It was big enough for 8 of us with a few day visitors and we had 2campfires in the fire pit, even fire wood was supplied. Additionalpluses were: it included a large lawn and Corn Hole game, and aBadminton set. It was close to both town and a small lake with publicbeach and small boat (no motors) area. The A/C was quiet andcomfortable although we had 2 days over 90 deg.; we didn't touch thesettings. We had no reason to contact the host. We would definitelycome again.

We were a group of 4 long time girlfriends on a Girls' Weekend. This house was perfect for us. The house is set fairly far back from the road which gives you an abundance of privacy. There are 3 bedrooms (king, king, and 2 full beds). If you don't mind sharing a room with one of your besties, then this completely updated home is for you! We selected the home for the hot tub and firepit. We used the hot tub both nights of our weekend stay! We loved the lights in the trees...was so relaxing to be in the hot tub, enjoying a glass of wine and catching up with each other. Sadly, we didn't have enough time to use the firepit or enjoy the screened in porch, The bathrooms are completely updated. The open floor plan is great for socializing and everyone being together. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a grill outside, however, we did minimal cooking. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels, Alyssa and Matthew provided a nice welcome package that included info on local restaurants, sites, and activities. We had already planned our itinerary, but their list confirmed our choices. Great Barrington is only a 5 minute drive away with many shops and restaurants. We had a lovely stay, great weather, and spectacular foliage.

Such a nice home and very tastefully done. We personally loved the layout of the house and so spacious. We were 5 adults and a 9 month old baby and never had a space problem. Loved how quiet and beautiful the surroundings were. So close to the downtown area. The people in the town of Great Barrington were so kind, welcoming and friendly. We’ll be back ❤️

This beautiful house was the perfect spot for our weekend away. Hosts were generous and good communicators. Location was great to explore the Berkshires!

House was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Alyssa was always available by text and cheerfully helped us deal promptly with a couple of minor hiccups while we were there. We have already rebooked for next year!

The house is immaculate. It is very convenient to town, but it is off the road, so there is a lot of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house has all of the features that interested me – a covered porch, a screened in sunroom, a beautiful open floor plan and 3 nice sized bedrooms . If you want to be in the Berkshires, I highly recommend it.

We've been coming to the area for years, usually stay with friends but needed a house for the weekend for a larger party. We had a great time here, the house is super clean, very updated, comfortable. The property is private, but close to amenities in Great Barrington. We stayed with our two kids and my parents, everyone had enough space and the common areas served us well for meals and downtime. I'd highly recommend!

We were looking for a place to rendezvous with our daughter who is working in CT for the summer. We had never visited the Berkshires (recommended to us by some other parents). We wanted a place with stuff to do and close to hiking. And we wanted to experience the NE mountain scene. This house was a good for all those things. The hot tub was nice (even though the weather was hot), and we did a campfire one night. We did have to do some work on the hot tub to get the water in balance (chlorine was out, ph high). The supplies were there at the house; luckily we have a pool at home and were able to get it back balanced after ~ 36 hours. All the materials necessary for the fire pit were already at the house, so it was really easy to enjoy that feature. Hiking was close - a little buggy this time of year but still fun. We visited Lenox, West Stockbridge and GB. GB was the most interesting and fun (and within a mile). The house was very clean and private. You can see a couple other houses behind it in another neighborhood, and there is another house that looks to be starting construction next door. No activity while we were there though. We never saw the bear, but the landscaper apparently did while we were away. Well stocked - plenty of dishes although we did not cook there (toasted bagels was about it). Washing machine is temperamental - I think due to low water pressure in that part of the house. The host was very responsive when we were deciding how to address the hot tub.
