I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in/check out process was very easy. The house itself was absolutely perfect for myself, my husband, and our 3 year old. There was room for us spread out and relax in different areas (the back sun room was among our favorites!) The backyard also had several areas to spend time in, with both gas and wood-burning fire pits! All fenced in, so very private. The window AC units worked very effectively to cool the house as well. The street is also SO perfect - really secluded and private (and flat!) but close to major roads as well. We can't wait to stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is really cute. The fenced in back yard was a plus. Really enjoyed how close the beach was as well was amenities including the grocery store. Lots of things to do close by including mini golf, ice cream parlors, and breweries. Shopping too! It is a cross between Long Island and Fire Island.
