Adorable Settlement home with seasonal lake and waterfall views

Great place!

The house was very nice and very clean. I would go back. Only negative is the cleaning lady came at 10:45am and check out was 11. Over all great place, but it is about 10min drive to get to any food, I would utilize the beautiful kitchen. Over all 4.75 out of 5.

Second time staying here for a ski race weekend at Chestnut Mountain. The house is well maintained and kept very clean.

I loved my stay! It was clean, super cozy with an updated, clean feel. There 8s a full washer and dryer, which was very useful. Detergents, garbage bags, and soaps were provided. It felt like an extension of home. Stacy was very quick to respond to any questions I asked prior to and during my stay. I definitely rate it a 10 out of 10!!

The home was as pictured on the VRBO website. It was perfect for our 3-4 day stay for our family of two couples to enjoy Galena and the surrounding area. We love Galena and visit there often. The house is cozy and was the perfect size for the 4 of us. It was so nice to have a bathroom downstairs and also a private bath in each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Such a plus…..3 bathrooms in this house! There is no closet in one of the bedrooms, but there is more than adequate dresser space in each bedroom to put your clothes in. We chose to store all of our empty suitcases in that one closet in the one bedroom. This worked well for us! Suitcases were all out of our way. Stacy’s instructions for our stay were perfect and we had no issues on arrival or departure. Thank you, Stacy, for the use of your lovely home! It suited our needs well.

Great place!

Cozy and comfortable with the cutest decor. Walking trails were nice and only 10 minutes from Galena.

We have stayed at this property four times, and we have had an enjoyable time each visit. We prepare our evening meals at the home, but we have noticed that some of the preparations items (skillets, kitchen utensils, kitchen towels) are in poor condition. The couches in the living room and the dining chairs are also quite worn and need to be replaced. We recommend this property, keeping these issues in mind.

We spent a winter weekend in the Territory. The house was neat and warm and very cozy. There are two fireplaces (non-wood burning ) that kept us toasty. The rental provided access to the Territory’s Owners Club and its fitness center, which was a nice plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this cozy and charming cottage. It was the perfect size, and we had everything we could have needed. With the cold temperatures, we really enjoyed the fireplace which not only warmed up the rooms, but made them extra cozy and relaxing. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 (and dogs), and it was the perfect getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful. The use of space is second to none. Very clean with great decor and furniture. My friend didn't want to leave because it was so cozy. This is out first choice next time we visit Galena.

Overall it’s a nice, small community of 2 bedroom cottages which back up to a wooded area. The place is clean and comfortable! It was convenient to have two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It was a 10 minute scenic drive to go to Galena!

Very nice accommodations. Very well appointed. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, glasses and utensils. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time. The property was excellent. And the host was very responsive to our couple of questions. We look forward to returning.

This was the perfect fit for my family of 4, parents and 2 adult children. We were able to utilize the 2 bedrooms and pullout couch so everyone had their own accommodations. The 2 full and one 1/2 bath were essential for harmony and sanity during our stay. Kitchen and dining room had great use of space and had everything we needed. And the fact that the host contacted us 30 min before our check in to let us know that the house was ready was a huge help in getting us to our 5:00 family event a bit less hurried.
