Adorable one bedroom guesthouse with free parking!

Driving in we were concerned so close to main roads we thought that it would be busy. Nope. Maybe half mile from Lake Parker. It was very quiet.Plenty of off street parking on the property. Lots of room inside and super clean. Our only complaint was the bed was too soft for our liking.Host was absolutely phenomenal. Very helpful and accommodating. Answered usually within minutes.We stayed over a week for Sun n Fun. I am leery of giving this review as we may want this place next year and don't want to give away our secret,

The location was perfect and small apartment for two ideal for our FL Spring Training vacation.

The property was as described, and no issues arose during my stay. Communications with the owner during my stay were responded to in a timely manner.

The proximity to Tigertown was THE best. We could walk to the stadium. Also, for morning walks it was near a beautiful lake. The living room area was spacious and a fine TV. (We wanted very much to sit in the yard but tthere were no outdoor chairs.) The bedroom is small and the queen mattress is very soft...not our choice. Kitchen was well supplied with coffee/tea and other little things. Our limited cooking triggered smoke detectors. We alerted the owner and she will call someone in to check things out.Bathroom was fine as well.

I enjoyed my stay, owner was very helpful with letting me extend my stay.

Great property for what I needed for a 3 night stay. Clean, nice bed, and plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower....I love a hot and great water pressure shower! Owner was fast to respond to questions.

This small rental was within 10 minutes walk to the Detroit Tigers spring training stadium. This allowed us to visit the stadium without the hassle of the traffic and parking congestion. The kitchen had adequate equipment for our use during the stay. Shower and bath had plentiful hot water after allowing it to flow a bit. We di not see any hot tub/spa as advertised.

Super cute, quaint bungalo. Very clean. Well represented in listing. Walking distance to the ballpark which was perfect for our stay. Lots of shopping/restaurant options within a few miles. Great experience!

This was the perfect location to catch a few Tiger's spring training games. Super easy walk to the ball park. Easy access and communication with host. Very clean. The place was decorated nicely with a well appointed kitchen , however the smoke detector went off every time we cooked something. Really want to be able to rate this cute place higher, but unfortunately, the comfort level just wasn't there for us. The bed is probably ok for a single person, but with two people you roll towards the middle. The living room furniture looks great but isn't comfortable to sit in for any length of time. So, if you are not planning on cooking and just need a place to crash...it's perfect! Hopefully these few issues will be fixed because it truly would be perfect for spring training games!
