Adorable Lake Street Cottage~5th bedroom/bath option ~ Walk to town ~ Bikes!

The House was very cozy and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was safe and walking distance to a restaurants, an organic grocery store and the lake. We went skiing every day and always came home to a warm house and a bathtub perfect for soaking in.

This house was so adorable! Plenty of room for a large family. This house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sitting on the back patio in the morning drinking coffee was heavenly. The kids even picked some fresh strawberries and blueberries from the plants that were growing along the backside of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Well tended attractive home, well provisioned with needed amenities. Near to downtown dining, shopping and local hiking/walking trails. Helpful and responsive host. Whole family had a great stay.

We came to Sandpoint for my daughter's wedding and were all so pleased with the cottage, which was an excellent place to rest between all the activities. We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sandpoint City Beach! The kids loved the tree swing and played many games of Trouble! Communication was prompt and easy, the check-in/out was hassle-free, and the home was clean and stocked with everyday basics one needs when they're away from home! I highly recommend this lovely cottage and hope to get the chance to stay there again in the future!

This was our first time staying in town and not on the water. It was perfect for our needs this week. And we enjoyed the location. Very nice property. Kitchen was fabulous and so easy to use! We needed a quick repair and the handyman was there in 30 minutes.

There were 6 of us family staying in the house together attending a celebration of life. We had some other family members join us for a dinner and there was plenty of room in the living room to hang out together and the dining table was large enough for us to dine together. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted with quality cookware and appliances. ( I love to cook, so that is important). We could walk everywhere.

This was our second stay at the property and it's really one of the best experiences that we've had through VRBO. Fantastic owner and everything was so smooth.

What a wonderful time! We needed nothing during our stay in this home. The house is clean and comfortable with all of the necessities and more. We enjoyed lounging around inside and out. It’s a quick easy walk or bike ride to town. My kids enjoyed exploring on their own, fishing in Sand Creek and eating at all the great places. I hope we can return one day!
