Adorable home w/6 seat golf cart, pool & close to beach.

It was in generally good condition, but a few things were not up to our preferred standards - specifically, the furniture and rugs looked quite worn, the paint could use a tune up, and nearly every sink and shower was backed up and wouldn't drain. We just dealt with it but it wasn't great.Overall, the rental property was responsive but when the provided golf cart died and was not working for almost two days, they did not offer an alternative form of transportation or a refund. We have rented in this area for five years and this was our least favorite stay thus far. Just ready for some TLC.

House was perfect for 6 of us. We loved the property and the location. The golf cart was perfect for heading to the beach. Restaurants we enjoyed were within a few miles. We will definitely be back!

Golf cart was so, so useful in getting us to the beach, pool, shopping, and restaurants! Only moved our car for occasional groceries. The property managers responded immediately to questions and were very helpful!! The ONLY negative is not enough parking for golfcarts/cars at the beach entrances and parking cars at all the houses in the neighborhood is tight.

This lovely home was the perfect adult getaway! The house was stocked with everything you could ever want. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook any meal. Not that we used anything but 1 pot to make tea. It was nicely decorated too!! The owners of this house really wants its renters to be happy!!!! The golf cart was the added bonus that made us decide on this property!!! Perfect for going to beach and supper at night. It was the nicest golf cart that we have every got when at 30A!!

It offers many conveniences made our stay more comfortable such as beach chairs, outdoor shower, golf cart, etc. this is by far one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. Already looking to book this place in the future. Beach access was very close and was not overly crowded. We were able to set up beach chairs every morning with no issues! You will love this place. 10/10 recommend!!!
