House was over all good! There was a half roll of toilet paper and one of the showers were clogged and it wouldn’t drain plus sand from previous renters was in the shower!

Very nice!!! Carpets need cleaned and ceiling fans need cleaned. All in all it was very nice.

Perfect location and the pool is perfect addition

Location was perfect, restaurants within walking distance and a short drive for more options. Grocery store withing walking distance. Beach is a short walk as well. House was well stocked and the management was quick to address our one minor issue. Only complaint would be the living room carpet. It truly needs replaced as it is well beyond cleaning. We did not mention as obviously it is unrealstic to ask for carpet to be replaced during a stay. The kids loved the pool!

A very nice house with a very nice pool and about a five minute walk to the beach. There were a few chips in the floor, nothing crazy. I would most definitely stay there again!!!

The location is great. That’s about all, the pool was filthy and took a couple hours to clean, the bunk bed was covered in crumbs and swayed (has bolts that are not tightened), there was a dirty rag in the fridge. The house sleeps 9 max and has enough dishes to feed 6 so bring your own unless you plan to eat in shifts.

We loved the pool, we wished it was warmer in the pool. The house was great, the kitchen needs updated utensils and pots, and more plates other than glass ones. Overall, a great house. We love our location.overall great experience.

Location of the house was great. Walking distance to the beach and local spots. Not impressed with the appearance of the carpet, bathrooms seemed to have been recently painted and thrown back together, one bathroom had a panel missing out of the cabinet towel racks were falling out of the wall. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean! NOT MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY! Corporate was not super friendly when I called about a question but the local check-in lady is GREAT!

Great location nice place too relax and real quiet

I brought my 3 sons and a friend with me to this cute home in North Mrytle Beach and we really enjoyed our stay! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for all was for a couple reasons. I didn't like their check in/out process because you can't just get a code and go to the home, you go to an offsite location to pick up keys. It wasn't a huge deal but inconvenient. We loved the proximity to the beach and all the things nearby to do. Would recommend to family looking for a less party/ spring break crowd.

Second time we have rented this beach house. Well kept and plenty of room. An easy walk to the beach and close to a grocery store. Private pool is clean and well maintained. Plenty of covered parking. Beds are good and we slept well. Itrip communication was very good as well.

Check in was simple. The management office wasnt too far from the house but its still frustrating after a long drive (9 hours) to then have to drive 30 minutes round trip. We were able to check in early. However, I would have waited for them to clean the pool and house a little more. There were plenty of towels for the house but thats where the good ends. The cleaning crew was not the best since the house was still dirty along with the pool. The second bedroom had actual bugs. The kitchen had what was needed but the knives were dull making it hard to prepare dinners and the options for cooking pots was lacking. The dishwasher hit the stove every time you opened it and the door to hide the washer and dryer wasnt even connected. I think the appliances were a bargin buy. The one good thing with the frig was it really did good with making ice! Never had an ice shortage. Also, there was not the coupons for anything as suggested in the advertisement of the house. For the overall, I was left wishing it was a little nicer or a little cheaper.

Great experience. House was very nice and clean. Really enjoyed the pool. Had everything we needed. Would love to stay there again.
