Adorable guest suite with hot tub! Walk to DT!

My husband and I stayed overnight and were very pleased with how clean, comfortable, and beautiful the guest room was - the outdoor area was lovely and very private. It was perfect for our overnight and close enough to walk into town. The bottle of wine, coffee, and bottled water were appreciated :)

Easy access to the property, clean room and hot tub, good location to walk downtown. (We walked to Harrah’s for a concert.) Very nice hospitality, amenities, and host!

We were just up for an evening to attend a show at the Orange Peel. Super close, super private and very nice with exceptional amenities. Coffee, tea, wine, bottled water, it was very nice!

Tucked in close to the South Slope; private; quiet; well appointed; small and cozy; luxurious bedding; the hot tub is 5star; clean and green; way better than a hotel room; damn near with everything you need (maybe bring your own snacking utensils) . only down: could be tight quarters if you carry much luggage or are two larger folks. i am a nurse taking a stay 5 minutes from the hospital / work three in a row work--Staycation. Thank you So Much kind Clinton I would love to stay again

Great location and Clint was very accommodating and helpful.

Location was perfectly situated for easy access to RAD as well as downtown. Street parking for cars was ample and safe. Accommodations were clean and comfortable - no details were over looked. Clinton is an excellent host - communicative, responsive, thoughtful. Hot tub was a huge plus! Somewhat tight quarters, so best for an individual or couple - it was perfect for us! Will book again in the future and highly recommend

We stayed at Clintons property while our daughter was at camp. The location was easy to access and a great comb of city/mountain exploring! It was about a 40 minute drive to Chimney Rock State park and within walking distance to local bars, breweries and restaurants. Clinton was a great host, who made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed and recommended some great local spots! The room is quaint and cozy, but very comfortable! One thing I do wish it had was a set or drawers or place to hang clothes. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to couples or singles looking to explore Asheville and the surrounding areas!
