Stayed Sep 27, 2025Everything was great! We'd stay here again for sure! Perfect location as we walked all over New Buffalo. Only recommendation is for the property owner to provide SmartTV's so guests can stream their own accounts. We weren't there to watch TV, but at night it's nice to watch sports, news, movies, etc.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025We had the best stay at this thoughtfully built and furnished home. Close to downtown New Buffalo and within walking distance of all the best the town has to offer, the rooms and beds were very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great week with two kiddos in tow. We’ll miss the beach and quiet evenings in the yard. Can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Easy walk to downtown which is what we wanted! We brought our baby and toddler and were out of the house most of our stay but after the kids went to bed, the living room was a great space to relax and play games and far enough from the rooms so the kids couldn’t hear us. We drove to the beach which was still very close.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We had a relaxing stay at Happy Thoughts cottage- it’s the perfect size for 2-3 people, true to listing but even better in person. We loved the sunroom area, it was where we hung out the most, the kitchen was well stocked, even though we didn’t cook! There are several restaurants within walking distance. Thanks for a relaxing stay!
