Adorable Country Cottage, Walk to the Creek and Trails! Dogs Love it!

This house was perfect! Adored the quick and easy walk to Oak Creek, which was perfect for wading or a quick cool off dip, with outstanding view of Cathedral Rock. The house was ideal for the 4 of us, comfortable and well stocked. Unfortunately the AC never quite got the house cool, but we were gone all day and cooled it by opening all the windows at night and utilized the fans, and that made it completely comfortable. When we did have a very minor issue we contacted the property manager and they did get back to us pretty quickly. I would recommend, (not just this property but any where!) taking pictures of everything when you arrive and again when you leave. There was a question of the condition of something which was exactly like that when we arrived, and they questioned us on it, and made me realize we would have no way to prove it had they not respected our word. Bottom line, we are already planning a return trip next year and would love to stay at this house, it really made our stay in Sedona memorable in a wonderful way!

We were traveling with our two adult daughters who were working remotely. Plenty of room to set up computers, lovely cross breeze keeping a very nice temp. The house could use some TLC, but we found it very comfortable with a covered front porch and a screened-in back porch, and good beds. Would’ve been great had there been some sort of fenced in area for the dog. FYI, the kitchen had most all the gear we were looking to use, but no salt, spices, olive oil, etc. The house is located at a dead end, at the entrance to a littler trailer park. Nice and quiet! We had a wonderful comfortable time and would stay here again.

Spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Sedona and loved the location. Not too far out of town and right near hiking trails and Oak Creek. A little tough to find at first (arrived in the dark), but once you know, you know. Cute little cabin by the creek. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying in this cottage. It had warmth and charm. Everything you would need was there. It was quiet yet close to trails and town. Would stay again for sure!

Excellent location within walking distance to the creek and crescent moon park. Check in process was smooth, there was one issue with the fireplace but the property management team was quick to respond and fix it. Would stay again!

Overdo vacation it was nice and peaceful had two issues but were handled by Robert right away. All in All we had a great time.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in the lovely cottage. Extremely quiet and so close to great hiking trails. We also appreciated that it was dog friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Loved that it was literally just steps away from the creek and stunning view of Cathedral Rock! Was a very quiet neighborhood and there were several trailheads very close by plus some outstanding overlooks to take in sunsets! The cabin provided everything needed including a shower with great water pressure and hot plus a fireplace that kept us nice and warm in the evenings.

We were very happy with our stay in Sedona. The property being close to trails of varying difficulties made it an absolute joy to stay in. The property also had a well equipped kitchen and was overall very comfortable! I would highly recommend anyone looking for biking or hiking vacation to consider this property.
