Adorable cottage located minutes from beaches, shopping, dining!

Very clean, pet freindly, small but perfect fenced yard for 2 dogs, 10 min. drive to beach area, restaurants and shops nearby. Absolutely would stay again at this cottage. Quiet and well maintained. Charles was prompt on only 1 little issue w/tv. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This was a fantastic place for our family of 4. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was located very close to the baseball fields. We were not right on the beach but we were a very easy drive to beach access. The hosts provided a lot of beach toys and chairs. They were very responsive and provided clear directions. The house was very clean upon our arrival and any needed house instructions were very easy to follow. Check out procedure was very easy. Food and grocery options were very close by. Our family is already talking about a return trip next year and we will absolutely look to use this house again. Unless being on the beach is a must have for your stay, we highly recommend giving this location a look for your family to stay.

The cottage was absolutely lovely. Incredibly clean and cozy. Great location - close drive to beach, shops, etc. Had all of the essentials and then some. The hosts were very pleasant, responsive, and accessible. Truly could not have asked for a better place to stay on vacation. We hope to visit and stay here again!

Perfect amenities for us! Having the backyard for our dog makes the trip possible, he has gotten too old to board. Sheri and Charles do an excellent job as host and their experience as host is very evident in how well organized everything is and the ease of the process. Public beach access is 5 minutes away so it’s very convenient.

Fort Walton Beach's premier lodging option provided a truly homelike atmosphere. The owners exhibited exceptional responsiveness to any potential concerns; however, no such concerns ever materialized.

My husband and I spent the month of February at the cottage. Charles and Sheri were great hosts and very quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. I can’t think of anything Charles and Sheri hadn’t thought of for our convenience. We would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was perfect in every way. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here while visiting family. Was perfect and convenient location in FWB. Dogs had fenced yard to hang out in along with nice screen porch. The amenities and comfort were perfect. Very private for being on premises with the owner's home. Look forward to returning when I need a place again.

The property is conveniently located and is very nice. The owners home is on the same property and they were very friendly and responsive. The screened in porch and fenced back yard was perfect for our two pups. Lots of amenities. I’d highly recommend this property for anyone, but especially those with dogs.

This was a stressful trip to FWB. It was wonderful to return to this lovely, comfortable abode after the business of the day. We had to bring the dog and she was also anxiety free because of the surroundings. It was close to all the amenities we use in the area. If we return to FWB, we would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended.

After having a nice week of vacation at our favorite location- Ft Walton/ Okaloosa- we found this rental was in a nice area as describe, with a host who was available and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect, welcoming and comfortable making it a wonderful stay! Fet like home. Thank you
