What a lovely place in a gorgeous part of Seattle. Perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and stay near Volunteer Park. The neighborhood is amazing and we were able to find street parking every day right in front. The apartment was very clean, full of charm and well stocked with everything we might need. The private patio was fabulous. The garden was lovely. (We were there in early July).) The extra space with patio furniture pretty much doubled our living space. We needed a few days in Seattle to help our adult son house hunt, since he is being transferred soon. The patio was a great place to bring home food after a long day so we could go over housing choices and plan the next day. Our bed was comfy. I appreciated the way windows were placed to allow some daylight into the space. I rent often from VRBO and usually am in contact with the rental owner. I didn't know the manager was another 3rd party, Vacasa, which was confusing at first. But I did find that they responded quickly to questions. I never did figure out how to use the TV. Just wanted to catch local news while out of town. An instruction sheet near the TV would be helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood, close to light rail, convenient via light rail to U of W campus and restaurants. Unfortunately was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The trash and recycling had not been emptied. Bathroom

Great location with easy access to lightrail

We had all we needed. Not having central heat was a little of an issue, so we used the space heaters.

Upside: Location was great…very walkable neighborhood, very clean and had a washer/dryer Downside: Getting into the place each time was a hassle.. could be improved easily with a digital lock…heating the place was also an issue (there were other reviews that had the same issues..time to fix if you want return visitors)

Great place that was very clean with an excellent location. Amenities were all there and even though it only had a kitchenette, enough appliances were provided to cook most things you would want. Though if you use the stove and toaster at the same time it trips the circuit breaker, turning off the wifi, which was fun figuring out. Some things to note is that it is a basement apartment with most windows covered by the upstairs apartment porch. This combined with Seattle's grey weather made for a very dark apartment. I needed lights on at all hours of the day. The floors are also all cement with few rugs. This made the apartment pretty cold (I visited in the summer). Definitely recommend comfy socks or slippers

We loved staying at this vacasa. Incredible location, safe neighborhood, nice and quiet and the backyard ambience is so nice especially if you turn on the water feature. Ubers only took 1-2 minutes to arrive when we ordered! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and taking in the Seattle sights. This basement apartment had everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was the perfect size for the two of us and was within walking distance to shopping, dining, and a nice sized park. The neighborhood was quiet and filled with beautiful homes.
