Adorable 3 BR Home 4 min from Dallas Lovefield Airport

stains on the wall , dirty bathtub , stains on sheets and pillow cases. I didn’t receive the pin to the door until a few hours before and only cs i damnear begged. don’t go ! cheap for a reason

Host “negotiated” on the app for us to get a better deal for booking a stay for multiple weeks. They agreed and said they can’t change the list price but could refund us later. Safe to say we didn’t get our money like we negotiated. Also the washer and dryer trip the breaker when you use them.

Safe to say we didn’t get our money and got scammed for more than we bargained. To add to that, the washer and dryer sparked and shut off power in half the house. The dryer is not grounded so all 125amps go through your body. Really just a lovely stay if you don’t mind getting scammed.

House wasn’t cleaned at all from the prior guests, bedding on the floors, trash bags and trash on the floors, ants on the floors and counter tops. We ended up having to scramble for a last minute hotel and deal with VRBO’s nightmare of a team and reimbursement plan. Save yourself the trouble and just don’t.

This property smelled like smoke from the previous tenant, the floors and carpets were dirty, sheets did not smell washed, we found someone’s fake nails in one of the bedrooms, there was a glow stick taped to the wall, and overall it was not even close to the images online. Would have been acceptable if a refund was given, but it was not. Do not recommend.

The check in process was fine and nothing out of the ordinary. After arriving at the house, we noticed the images online were clearly photoshopped and cleaned up to make it look better than what it is. The floors were unclean, things covered in dust or a powder including the couch. Taking a closer look at the beds and towels, everything was covered in hair ( not ours). There were little black bugs in one of the beds along with little black bugs flying around the house. The worst part about this was we all started to cough/sneeze/ became congested about 45 mins into being in the house. We felt so uncomfortable we left to stay at a hotel room instead. No communication from the host or property manager and then after complaining there was nothing but automated responses. Completely unhappy with this property host, management, and VRBO overall. If I could give ZERO stars I would.Requested a refund , no responses to images sent. Complete scam!

I was a little worry about the neighborhood but it turn out to be quiet, everything work except the washer which was no big deal for us.I did request extra pillows and they immediately brought them.

Great for a over night stay for new year

first off, there was very little info on this place when i booked it yet, the morning of i was sent PARAGRAPHS of rules & a price list?! i didn't appreciate that as all of that should've been listed in the description. the place was a nice little home but having to listen to planes take off every 10 minutes was absolutely terrible. we were also provided with nothing. some random jarred jalapeños, salt & pepper was it. not even any cooking oil. all burners were unusable except for one. first pot i grabbed out of the cabinet was dirty. the back door did not seem to provide a sense of safety at all. it said on the listing there was wifi.. there was not. lots of things i'd give a thumbs down honestly. had the host had better accommodations/amenites it would've been more enjoyable. not worth 100 a night ill tell you that.

The house is small compared to the pictures and the house is cold , the hot water doesn’t work!

The host inadvertently neglected to provide me with the passcode for the door, resulting in a 10 to 15 minute wait for the code. When inquiring about the Wi-Fi, they were unable to provide it immediately, prompting me to move the couch to retrieve the information. Furthermore, they displayed a list of prices for various items, giving the impression that they were more focused on financial gain rather than creating a welcoming environment for guests. The bedding contained hair and the sheets were dirty. Although the back room door was locked, it felt as though a strong pull would easily open it, leaving us feeling somewhat insecure. The property is aesthetically pleasing with great potential, but there are areas that could benefit from improvement.
