Stayed Feb 1, 2026I think we got lucky. Brian (the host) was on an extended trip and I came across his listing. Needless to say, we were absolutely thrilled when we arrived. So clean, private parking, great location. Completely stocked with everything you need. We cook, so we appreciated the Ninja griddle! Dog friendly, completely fenced in yard. Brian also answered our messages with what felt like minutes. Highly recommend. Thanks, Brian. Made our stay in St. Pete that much more enjoyable.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Nice location in safe neighborhood. Able to walk many places and drive as needed. Downtown is easy. Host was great. Respectable house just take care as if it’s yours. The Coffee Pot bay has manatees at the wall often. Host has spices and pretty nice kitchen set up so you don’t need to buy those things.
