Stayed Sep 27, 2025The house was exactly as described. The layout worked well. Location was superb…right on the beach with easy access. Only issue was with the pool & the hot tub jacuzzi. Both could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The pool maintenance person came on Tuesday & overfilled the pool so the skimmer was not working properly. The Hot Tub Jacuzzi had a touchscreen operation which was difficult to work with. The tube became dirty & foamy and had a circuit breaker issue. Wednesday the cleaning of both was supposed to occur however no one showed until Thursday.

Stayed May 22, 2025This home was perfect for the annual beach trip for our family of 32, enough king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for all the adults, Kitchen is amazingly well appointed with two refrigerators, two ranges, two dishwashers, two microwaves, plus wine cooler and stand alone ice maker! Even two large slow cookers and electric griddles. Plus a second small kitchen area on bottom floor. Beach access right there, nice pool area and great outdoor seating on all three decks. Only two negatives: this is the first rental property we’ve had where the beds were not made up, sheets left packaged. Would have been so nice, especially for those arriving late at night, to have the sheets on the beds. The other issue, the hot tub was filthy, even after the pool guy was there for regular maintenance it was still dirty, even a dirt ring at the waterline. It appears that the water needs changing and/or filters are not working properly. One minor suggestion, it would be nice to have luggage racks in all bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!!
