Adirondack Waterfront Lodge Close to Old Forge with A/C and Heated Garage

Beautiful home and our family had a great time. There were 13 of us and the provided plenty of room to spread out. Brad was very responsive when I let him know about a leak . We've rented another property in Old Forge in the past, but Timber lodge was far superior for comfort, cleanliness and overall experience. We will definitely rent again!

8 high school buddies rented this cabin to eat, drink and ride for a few days. The amenities were quite nice, more than spacious and everything you needed was at your disposal. Thank you to Brad and his family for the use of this beautiful setting.

The Waterfront Lodge was as represented. It is a quiet and peaceful setting. Everyone in our party was pleased and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience.

The property was magnificent and spacious! Beautiful views of the lake! Plenty of living spaces to be gather together or have separate time as needed, for our multigenerational family if 10. Th property contained everything needed for fun on the lake, meal prep and comfort. Cleanliness was great even to my exacting standards. Our host was very easy to communicate either and responded quickly to any questions that came up. Timberwind was fabulous!

Beautiful property. Plenty of space for large families. We loved the large dock with room for fishing and swimming and the use of kayaks and paddle boat. Property is very kid friendly. We will be back next year

Clean house that caters to a variety of lifestyles allowing gathering areas in hile also providing space to spread out and doing so it comfort and scenic beauty. My family and I had the pleasure of spending 5 nights here. It has everything you need accomodations wise and the property and location are top notch. Short drive to everything, great fishing, kayaks and canoe on site to use saved us from hauling our own, renting over priced ones, and allowed us to soak in the beauty of the area. We made memories and the 4 and 5 year olds absolutely loved it all. Hope to stay again.

It was a great house for the extended family vacation this year. The boys all loved the pool table. My Mom and I loved sitting out on the porch in the morning. We all enjoyed the campfire pit. We used the kayaks and had a few first timers who really liked paddling. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed except a whisk or hand mixer. Great location and only a couple minutes to downtown. Owner quickly responsive when I had a question. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend this property for a large family vacation.

The property was perfect for a couple's snowmobiling weekend. It's very close to lake access, with a circular driveway large enough to park trailers. The large garage made it easy to park the sleds overnight. We enjoyed the spacious living room and real fireplace. The kitchen was well-appointed, which made cooking at home very nice. We will definitely come back again next year.

We enjoyed a week of staying in a great home for many guest. While we were gone all day the evenings we cooked played pool and even got in the outside gacuzzie with 2 feet of snow and 10 degrees. I plan on renting it again.

My family and I had a great stay. The house is beautiful and in great location to watch the boats go by. But, the property could use a few updates. The big sliding glass door wouldn’t open and there are nails on the deck that need to be pounded in to be safer for kids. One of the boards on the dock is loose and pops completely up if you step wrong. A HUGE snapping turtle lives under the dock, so it wasn’t safe for the kiddos to play by the dock. The turtle pulled a duck under water and ate it in front of us. ? For how much it costs for the week, those things should be taken care of by the owner.

Love the house and layout of the property. We loved 4th of July on the lake.

My family and I really had a wonderful stay in Old Forge. The house is beautiful and had more available to us than we could have even asked for. There seemed to be a lack of communication though between the owners and the cleaning/maintenance crew. The instructions for the property weren't available as stated in the welcome email, and some things in the house were broken and clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile. That said, the owner did succinctly respond through VRBO to the few inquiries I sent, and we did really enjoy our time being right on the water in such a spacious, beautiful home.
