Actually walkable to Georgetown Square with a private heated pool!

This place was amazing - the pictures don't do it justice. Had everything we could have wanted, including a vita-mix! Marsha was very communicative and welcoming, we will be back again.

Clean and spacious for our group of 7. Easy communication with owner. Very convenient to all of our daughter’s wedding festivities in Georgetown. The heated pool was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place and location for our girls weekend! We loved the heated pool, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen supplies, and the reclining couches. Whenever I had a question, Mike was fast with his responses. Being able to walk downtown was a big win! This was my first time using VRBO, and Mike made it seamless for me. I can’t wait to come back!

Great host. Enjoyed the heated pool. My grandaughters used it every chance they got. Loved being so close to the town square. It was beautiful with all the Christmas lights and decorations.

A very fun place to stay! The kids enjoyed lots of games to play and the rooms were very comfortable and private. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool this time but maybe for our next stay! The location was great for walking yo and from the town square.

It was very clean, and there were many things to do that were close. We attended the Longhorn and A&M football game on Friday night, and was nice to be on the north side of town to head back to Dallas on Saturday.

The host was there for us when inquiring. The home was perfect for our family. The accommodations were comfortable. The pool a special highlight.

Everything about this place was as advertised. The manager did an exceptional job at conveying information about the house itself and its surrounding environment. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool was delightful. It was very easy to walk to all areas of the historic Georgetown. We will definitely stay here again. Could not recommend it more highly.

Great place to stay

This was a great property with easy access to the Georgetown Square and the family loved it! Mike was very responsive.

We had a wonderful time for our Muumuus and Margaritas weekend! The owner was in constant contact with us, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house felt brand new with updated appliances, lovely décor, and was spotless upon arrival. The pool was fabulous (and temperature controlled!), with plenty of outdoor seating to relax.The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and parking was ample. We loved that the home was within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping, yet still quiet and peaceful.My personal favorite touches were the Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game and the extensive library—such thoughtful additions that made the stay even more fun. We would absolutely stay here again!I

Perfect house for multi generations. We had an amazing weekend celebrating the wedding of our son in Georgetown.

Everything from start to finish was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Pool was amazing! Loved being able tyo walk to dinner...lots of fun places to explore in the square. Mike was was attentive and answered all messages quickly!

We loved staying at this house. The backyard was amazing! It was a very easy walk to restaurants and shops. The bedrooms and closets were large, great living and kitchen space, nice bathrooms, very comfortable beds and bedding. We would 100% book here again!

Awesome place

This was my second stay at this home and it was just perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and the backyard heated pool/fire pit area gives another cozy spot to visit and hang out. Will definitely be staying here next time I come to Georgetown!

It is in a great location; walking distance to downtown square and restaurants. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the outside grill because the previous renters did not clean it & baked on food was left inside on the grills. This also caused numerous flies around the area. It is a very spacious, comfortable property. The host responded quickly to our questions & promptly resolved them.

We live in Georgetown, but are looking for a larger place to get together with our adult children and grandkids. This place is a great option. There are plenty of great places to eat out close by. If we wanted to cook, it would be a good idea to bring a set of good quality pans and skillets. Also, maybe more coffee cups and some paper plates would be a good idea. Hope to return with the family.

Came to visit family was a wonderful stay

Stayed one night to ease out of vacation mode on our way back home to Austin. Two adults and a nine year old. Beautiful modern home right off the historic square in Georgetown. Very close to the blue hole, Southwestern University, and local restaurants such as Juliet(Italian) and All things Kids(Ice Cream/Candy/toys) The home is a great size, spacious and modern, but still feels cozy and warm. The property has a perfect layout for gathering or splitting up for a bit of solitude. The pool is a go size and larger than it appears in photos. It is becoming more common to see rentals with micro pools just to check the pool box off but that is certainly not the case here. The Pool is very tasteful and the perfect size for the space. It has plenty of room for a family. I have stayed in many rentals homes ranging from 1000 square feet to 15,000 square feet and I can honestly say this property was memorable and a pleasure to stay in. The utilization of space should be a lesson to owners and builders alike. This home really punches above its weight! On top of that the host was extremely friendly, responsive accommodating, and understanding without being overly attentive. I really enjoy hosts that know how to read their guests the same way a talented server knows the style of service each guests needs. Long winded way of saying this is a great property that gives you bang for your buck with a host that knows how to read the room. Do not hesitate to book!
