This townhome is located inside the beautiful Oceans Trace complex. This townhome community is located directly across from the ocean off of A1A. Located in peaceful Daytona Beach Shores, Oceans Trace Townhomes are ideally situated. Located a quick drive or walk over is the Shores Community Center which hosts many activities including tennis and pickleball. Oceans Gulf Club is also about a 1 minute drive away. Publix Grocery Store is a 2-3 minute drive away as well as many beach-side parks. Many local restaurants and shops are located within a mile or two of these townhomes as well. This particular townhome is located only one unit from the community gated pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The primary suite hosts a king bed, walk-in closets and a spacious bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom adjacently located. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds, flat-screen television, and large closet. The bedroom with the two full beds is located downstairs with the other two bedrooms upstairs.

The fully stocked kitchen leads into the dining area for six. The sprawling living room boasts relaxing furnishings and a large flat screen television. From the living room, step onto your private deck and enjoy the beautiful, green yard. Just a few steps from the townhome is the community pool with the ocean across the street.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.     The location is perfect! A short walk or to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants & gift shops. Neighbors very friendly. Property management staff very responsive. The property itself looks like the pictures! Very spacious & clean.

    This was a nice spot for my family to get away for a month at the end of crazy 2020. It fit two parents, two little kids, a grandparent, and (for part of it) two adult cousins comfortably. We walked to the beach every day and took advantage of nearby playgrounds and tennis courts, and biked around the island. Also walking distance to grocery store (Publix) and pharmacy (Walgreens), close to restaurants, stores, etc. Daytona Beach is very quiet in the winter. Unfortunately, the excellent community pool isn't heated, so too cold to swim in winter (ocean was warmer). The property itself is clean but a bit dated with minor wear-and-tear (e.g., outside patio door handle missing, patio blinds don't open/close, some door pulls missing, fridge makes ice well but delivery mechanism doesn't work, knives are quite dull). An excellent value overall, but not resort luxury/perfection if that's what you seek.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our townhouse was perfect for our vacation. Great location, near grocery store, restaurants, beach. House itself was just what we needed although my wife would have decorated it differently. I loved having a garage for the car. Couple minor maintenance issues, downstairs bathroom sink drains slow, master bath has one of the towel bars missing. Like I said, minor. We plan on renting here again in the future.

    This was one of the nicest townhomes we have stayed in. The bedrooms were well laid out, the master suite was super. The pool was out our backdoor. The beach only 1/3 of a mile away - easy walking distance. The grocery store was within walking distance as well. A screen in garage made extra room for the kids to play even in rainy weather. There was enough space for everyone. First place in 5 years we have said we could stay here again.

    Stayed here for the month of May and had a lovely time! The town home is even nicer in person and it's in a nice, secluded neighborhood right across from the ocean so the location couldn't be better in Daytona Beach Shores. This particular unit is only two units from the pool so we really enjoyed it! The staff at Oceans Luxury Realty was super helpful as well!
