ACROSS FROM the BEACH SLEEPS 50, HUGE POOL+SPA, CHEF'S KITCHEN, GAME+MEDIA ROOM

We had a wonderful time for our 30th New Years get together. The property was perfect for our large group and the kitchen offered the perfect set up for our catered New Years Eve dinner. The only thing that would have made the stay better was more towels! 1 towel per person was tough, but other than that the facilities were great!

Great spot for a large group. Easy access to beach and can go back and forth with minimal effort. Very responsive managers. Parking spots are tiny and anything larger than a standard sedan will have difficulties getting in and out of spaces. Pool is very small with limited room for more than a few people to congregate around the pool area. Huge kitchen with plenty of seating and fridge space. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the parking and pool but everything else was as expected and we had great time.

Everything was great, except the AC wasn't cooling the third floor. Didn't matter much for us considering the time of year but in the summer it will be a problem.

Hot tub didn't work the entire stay. Pool was cloudy and obviously wasn't cleaned before our stay.

I didn’t want to write this but here we are.. truths have to be told here. Booked this house for a work trip to spoil our employees, and it was almost a complete let down. Not a single hot shower for any of the guests for the entire stay. We left the faucet on for 25 mins in different rooms on separate floors, nothing worked for anyone anywhere. How is that possible with 6 water heaters?! The beds are the absolute WORST. It legitimately feels like you’re sleeping on corn bags or planks of wood, and the pillows you’re given are like sleeping with two pieces of newspaper under your head. Stacking them together doesn’t even help. Every bed accept for 1 downstairs was in this condition. Was notified by a gentleman on site, as we were walking up to check into the house that the hot tub was not working - we definitely booked it for that option and would not have booked this house if we knew this was an issue. Parking is a nightmare - this house is a duplex, and if the other renters in the other unit feels like using your spaces, they will and can block you in easily. Be mindful which spots you choose. While it’s nice to have an elevator, it takes forever - not a deal breaker but it deserves to be listed. It shouldn’t take 5+ mins to go up to the top floor of a three story house. The best thing about this house is the location, the kitchen and the amount of rooms it has - otherwise, I would not have rented.

Everything was great, the house is well divided, just the cleanliness that needs to be improved, there was a lot of dust and the floor was a little dirty, apart from that, everything was perfect. We had a great time!

We had a great time and I would recommend Together Resorts as they were very professional and polite in dealing with issues as they arose. The property is nice but does have some wear and tear. That is expected as this house is well used. The elevator was not working when we arrived (I was notified just before arriving). They did have elevator repair out the next day but it still did not work. They sent the repair company again and they were able to get it working. It was hard for our family that needed the elevator to get up and down. The beds are hard as rocks and not comfortable and some family members bought mattress toppers so they could sleep more comfortably. The only other issue would be lack of insulation so you hear everything going on throughout the house. This house does accommodate 50 people with ease. It was great having 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. We had a great time and I would return. Even with the issues. We did have a great time.

The elevator came in handy for getting gear in/out along with the two folks who needed it due to mobility issues. The theater and games floors were nice. Access to the beach was easy. A few things could use improvement. The one handicap accessible room should have an accessible shower instead of having to step over the side of the tub. There were no basic spices like salt/pepper or oils. The beds were all extremely hard. It's nice that every room has it's own bathroom but there are no half baths on any level. Parking is very tight. The pool area is small for the amount of people who could be there.
