It has a fantastic Game Room on the first floor with a Bar, TV, Full Bathroom and Living Space. A Foos Ball Table, Pool Table, Multiple Classic Arcade Games, a 16-foot Shuffle Board, a full-size Electronic DartBoard, and Electronic Basketball. This amazing house also includes a 6-passenger Customized Golf Cart(must agree to house rules posted. Owners phone number is located on house rules posting if you have any questions.) This outstanding home features gorgeous water views, a private heated pool, a rooftop deck with both Gulf AND Bay water views and so much more!
Please take note that we do accept rentals under 7 days but you must message me prior to booking to make sure. Some weeks are Saturday to Saturday only. Also take note that our pool is heated and most of the island is electric not gas. That means we all have heat pumps that need air temperatures above 55 degrees to properly function. Thank goodness it's not normally below 55 degrees on the island. You will have a great vacation on our beautiful island!
