Kitchen fully stocked. Fireplace in a great location. Beds very comfortable. Master bedroom has a nice fireplace that keeps the room warm. I recommend staying here.

House is as advertised. Very cute and homey. Comfortable, plenty of room for a family, could use a new refrigerator but not much to complain about. Had everything you’d need in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the deck, great location. Was very clean and had starter paper products which I appreciated. I would definitely stay again!

The property was great! Close to everything we had on our agenda for the weekend. And, the amenities were great too! Recommend that for the price of 2 nights we actually get a full 48 hours in the place. Check in after 4 pm on Friday then check out Sunday at 10 am?! Having to pay an additional 75 to extend 1-2 hours for check out is outrageous. Full 48 hours should be considered when renting just for the weekend and not during prime season. Thank you.

Our only issue is we had no idea the road right before the driveway was so steep and damaged. We found a road off ot it to the side that was much safer for our vehicles. Otherwise it was an amazing stay! Thank you again!

Our group really enjoyed the peace and quiet of Acorn Cottage. With views of the water and a lovely patio, it's a perfect get away. Spacious and cozy at the same time, other features include a hot tub and fire pit. Highly recommend it.

The place was big enough for 2 families and we enjoyed the hot tub. There was a dead rat though as soon as we walked in. I’m sure the outdoor spaces are hard to keep clean with all the trees around but I would have appreciated an initial clean as the decks and firepit chairs were pretty dirty.

We had a great time at Acorn Cottage! The house was perfect for our girls weekend. Close to activities and the water. Clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a long weekend and the house had all of the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace. The driveway at this property is VERY steep. Thankfully we had 4 wheel drive and didn’t have any issues making it up; however, it would have been helpful to know there was a separate parking area at the top of the property prior to arrival. The separate parking area was much easier to access.

This property was exactly as described in the ad. It was gorgeous. Kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean. Furniture was very comfortable. All the beds were comfortable. We loved the deck and fire pit areas. Close enough to restaurants and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing we'd like to see different is a king size bed in the master suite. And one of the bedrooms didn't have any window dressings.

We had a lovely stay. It's a very cozy property, and we enjoyed being there during a snow storm!

The house was clean and everything was as described in the listing. We appreciated the Christmas decorations! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals at home.
