The property was great! Check in/out was a breeze and the condo was wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were very clean and up-to-date we needed 82 beds, but they were only six in a futon leaving to people having to share. The second disappointment was the parking so close to Fix Run I found the heat difficult to work with especially in the front bedroom. This was sad because I really like the location so easy to get back-and-forth. I would recommend this to a friend that only had two cars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed out stay. However, the A/C floor unit could not cool the unit at all. Fortunately the weather changed and we had wonderful cool weather. Additional ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room would help immensely in the summer. The electric socket in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. Otherwise the unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The deck needs work but it certainly looks like outdoor maintenance on the condos was in process as they were newly painted and roofs were replaced.

Half baked has great sandwiches and the Common Man is awesome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a great size with plenty of space for a family of 5. The multiple pools and hot tubs in the complex were great. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of heavy rain and the roof leaked onto my son's bed. However, Loon Reservation was quick to contact maintenance to move the bed for him. We visited Loon on the one good day we had and we really enjoyed that. There isn't much to do in Lincoln when it's rainy, but we did drive over to North Conway for some outlet shopping.

But, there are plenty of couches around and kids were flexible. Coffee machine was quite dirty.

However, when we made the reservation we were told that there would be 2 air conditioners one in master bedroom and one in living room and there was only one in the living room. Additionally, we specifically requested non smoking and the bedroom on the walk in floor reeked of smoke. I would not come back to this unit again

This was the worst experience in the more than 15 years that I have been vacationing at Loon.
