I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only negative was that the downstairs bedroom and area around that has a massive mold and musty smell. So if you inquire about this rental ask if is been taken care of . We tried to air it out with no luck.The agency was notified .

I would though ask management to extend their checkout time . It is way to early at 10 to be ready to leave with numerous age children .

The air conditioning was not adequate for the living space it did not cool well The lower level was very musty even with the air conditioner down there. Other than that the beds were comfortable the couch’s as well and it served our purpose.
