Great location. Friendly host. Clean and functional space to relax after touring the falls.

Convenient location, and off-street parking were great. Enough room that the 6 of us did not feel like we were on top of one another. Easy check-in and out!

The property was amazing! It was super clean, easy to locate and very cozy. The only recommendations is a bit more counter space in the kitchen (like an island) and the bathrooms or something like that. The kitchen also needs more pots, only found one, and some mixing bowls, wasn't able to locate any. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exceptionally clean and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we need to store and cook on days we didnt want to go out. The location was perfect for visiting the falls and restaurants. Close enough to the attractions, but removed enough for peace and quiet. Jas was a great host. He was informative about the area and had great recommendations.

Phenomenal host. Everything was exactly as described and the little welcome gifts were very appreciated. Location was ideal! Just a 10-15 min walk to the Horseshoe Falls incline. Would definitely recommend staying here. When we come back- we will be staying here.

Perfectly located within walking distance (about 1 mile) of the Falls attractions! The house had everything we needed for a 3-day stay and was very comfortable for our family of 4.

Jas was super flexible. I had scheduled the wrong dates and he worked with me to help. The house is nice and in a good location to access all the Falls have to offer. Easy check in and out. Quiet neighborhood.

Property is located near the Falls but away from tourist attractions. We bought a parking pass for the day because my dad wasn't able to walk to the public transportation. We saw the Falls, journeyed behind them and saw butterflies at the conservatory!

My husband and I stayed with our daughter and her friend for a long weekend. The place was perfect. Amazing location. Close to a lot yet in a quiet neighborhood. Jas was super communicative and offered up some great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Definitely would recommend!

The place was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The communication with Jas was great. Love the close proximity to the falls. Just a suggestion for future visitors, take the incline railway down to the falls. (Only $8 for a day pass) Jas leaves the extra added touch of goodies for your stay.

This is a beautiful home that is super close to the falls. Very comfortable and super clean. Had everything we needed and more. Quiet neighborhood but only ten minute walk to the Incline that takes you right to the falls. Highly recommend!

Great visit to Niagara Falls! Location was ideal for a family to walk to/from all the major landmarks. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Host was super responsive. Would highly recommend.

Cozy spot to regroup after a day of adventure. Great fit for 4 people...a little crowded in the kitchen and living room for 5 adults. Best bed and pillows ever! Every thing needed in the kitchen. Easy clean up and checkput.

We had an awesome stay with Jas. His place was spotless, the snacks and beverages were a pleasant surprise for our kiddos. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, attractions were within walking distance. Check in and out were easy, Jas was super nice and responsive. House is in a quiet neighborhood, we were comfortable walking with our kids at night to watch the fireworks by the falls. Would highly recommend for families and will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

The property is well kept and clean, it has a comfortable feel that quickly makes you feel welcome. The owner is attentive and pleasant, we had a chance to meet and speak with him for a while, a true gentleman. We can easily recommend this property. Well stocked and well maintained home with easy access to attractions.

We arrived to a small older home in a quiet neighborhood. Several choices of tea, coffee, snacks & beverages were provided. The house is very clean. I like to have both a vacuum (upstairs entirely carpeted & family room) & swiffer mop. Jas quickly provided at my request. Neither bathroom has a vent so we used a fan for the upstairs bathroom when showering. The main floor bathroom is quite small and has a unique commode/ sink combo. We love walking so the location of 1 mile to the falls was perfect. There is one tv in the home nicely placed in the living room. The windows are new so easily open for cross breeze which was wonderful. The primary bedroom does not have a place to store folded clothes. But there is a nice size closet. Great for the price.
