Property was clean & easy & comfortable.

Great location, close to airport, easy to get downtown or to parks. Very spacious. Kitchen well-equipped.

We appreciated the amenities included. I would recommend adding that there is a freezer in the garage if not already done. That was super helpful. I would recommend adding a cutting board. We appreciated the use of the garage door opener as well.

Very nice and clean place to stay. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time there. Nice quiet neighborhood conveniently located near grocery stores and airport.

This was a great place to stay! I appreciate that it didn’t have perfume nor chemical smells. Also appreciated that it seemed to have everything you would need without being cluttered with extra/personal items. The property was in a great location that made it easy to get around Anchorage.

Not as nice a neighborhood as we expected. AC didn’t work well. Needs some updates.

Check in process was easy. Close to the airport, which was good. Carpet stained all the way up the stairs. A/C doesn’t work well, if at all, which would be fine, except there’s no screens on most windows to open to cool things off and the patio screen was torn. It was definitely more affordable than a hotel, which made it a good choice for our group.

The condo was fine for our small group’s needs at the end of our lengthy visit to Alaska. The location was where we wanted to be on our last stop before heading home, and gave us the opportunity to sample the excellent offerings of a sushi restaurant within a short walk from the unit.

This was a great place for us to stay! We had 6 adults and fit in perfectly. You can tell whoever manages this property really understands the needs when staying somewhere. Fans in every room, laundry supplies, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, games, use of the garage, etc. Well cared for property and timely communication - highly recommend!

Great home away from home while we visited out Airman stationed in Anchorage. Home had everything we needed to be comfortable and to prepare mealas as we wished. Check in and out were a breeze.

Check in was easy for this townhouse in Anchorage. Close to shopping and easy to find. Provided a nice home away from home with everything we needed for the week.

My daughter needed to take driving lessons and learn about driving in the big city. This was a great spot, convenient, comfortable, and very responsive manager.

Overall decent property. Next to busy street and you can hear all the noise. Internet was okay. TV remote for master bedroom was unreadable, allButtons were wore off. You could also not load a single thing for master TV. Property was decently clean, stairs had stains all the way from top to bottom. Shower curtain rods had rust on them.

Worked well for us. Plenty of space and rooms. Very nice to be able to park in the garage in the winter. Considering it again for our summer trip.

Amenities were everything you could want (tv, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, bedding choices for different sleeping needs). Having access to the garage was very convenient after it started snowing! Not far from both airport and Dimond Center area, which is a big plus!

clean home. lower level 2 BR with one queen bed each. good condition, curtains almost blackout capable. informed manager of 2 following: Master BR bed slumps in middle, can opener in kitchen pierces but not opens can. suggest more eating plates, utensils, etc…minimal kitchen equipment present. good volumn of towels, etc for family of 5.

A group of 6 people stayed at this place. The host was very responsive, and everything was according to the instructions and description.There's a gas station right across the street, and a grocery store like 2 blocks away.The Anchorage downtown is only 15 minutes away, and the airport is only a few minutes away.The airconditioning did not work well and was a bit noisy.Other than that, everyone in our group was quite satisfied.I would stay at this place again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Very clean and nice area. We enjoyed the walk to the park/lake and just minutes away from Carrs/coffee shop.
