I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Repeat customers! We come here every year and it is the perfect home. Quiet and peaceful but a quick15 minute bike ride to the Sharc, 20 to the village. Highly recommend

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located right off Cottonwood but it's the quiet part of Cottonwood, you won't notice the traffic because there's not much. Great floorplan with a fantastic deck that's gated off so kids/dogs can stay up there without being able to head down the stairs. Highly recommend.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at the house and wished we could have stayed longer. We have a family member that has cancer and unfortunately with the very squeaky floors, was not able to sleep if anyone was up in the morning on the main floor. I heard it squeak but it was even worse than I thought when I went down to see for myself. The downstairs carpets had a large stain from dogs. We didn’t take ours so it was not from us. Overall the home was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect.... the pictures suggest the house is a bit larger than it is, but it worked perfectly for 3 couples.... Every single detail of the home that could be thought of was, so we really appreciated the place...thanks for making it available to us. The local agent that handled the business end of the aspect was excellent too...we had a bit of minor drama, but they fixed it suddenly and seamlessly.... all in all a bucket list trip...

Stayed Jun 23, 2023Everything was wonderful! House was beautiful and perfect for our families. We loved that there were plenty of bikes for all our crew. The SHARC passes were such a bonus! The garage games and hot tub were a hit for our rainy Saturday afternoon. We will definitely be back!
