We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood, the house with its cleanliness and amenities were perfect for recovery after days of participating in a large baseball tournament. Beds and bedding were comfortable and immaculate. Kitchen furnishings allowed us to eat meals at the house. Our athlete was able to maintain a healthy diet. The location was perfect for airport, shopping, restaurants, golf and access to major roads. The baseball fields were in four locations, all within 25-30 minutes. Lou, our host, was responsive and efficient with communication. His communication and signing in the house made it easy to quickly use everything.We were there during Halloween, an unexpected treat (pun intended). This neighborhood is a premier host for trick or treaters!

We had an amazing 7 day trip to Vegas and this house was a huge part of it. We have two boys (10 & 7) and everyone had enough space and entertainment. We loved the putting green, hot tub, pool table, large TVs for gaming, and the beautiful pool. We lucked out and had some temps up in the 90’s so the pool was warm enough to enjoy part of the time!! Everything was clean, kitchen had a lot of the essentials (including coffee, sugar, creamers, some seasonings, soap, plenty of paper towels etc.). Neighborhood was super quiet durning our stay and was conveniently located near EVERYTHING!! Having the garage was great as well, we didn’t feel like we were bothering anyone with all of our in and outs. A/C and heat worked great and each room had a fan. Overall this house had everything we needed and we had a blast! Thank you Lou!

The house was perfect, a quiet neighborhood and just minutes from the strip, but the real highlight was the amazing backyard—great for enjoying the beautiful weather and truly relaxing. Lou was a fantastic host, very accommodating, and always quick to communicate if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway!

Wisconsin retired couple meets their Minnesota son, wife and 3 year old, as well as their California son & dog in this beautiful Henderson home for a week of relaxation & fun! What a great time we had enjoying the amenities at the home including a pool, although chilly, hot tub, putting green, outdoor patio with grill, tables & chairs! Our 3 year old grand-daughter loved all of it including the spacious interior and pool table. We appreciated the fenced in areas with a dog and child running around! We enjoyed numerous outings in the area for hiking, sightseeing & family friendly events. We prepared most meals at the house which was fairly well equipped for cooking & Lou was super responsive with any questions! We had great weather & all enjoyed our stay at Lou’s Henderson house. We would definitely like to stay here again if returning to Las Vegas! Thanks for sharing your home Lou!

Very clean and nice space to do various things.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. It was very nice for three couples. One bedroom had a set of twin beds, but worked fine when we push them together for a couple. A fun place to hang out, grill and enjoy the hot tub, pool, and pool table. A 15 minute drive to the Las Vegas trip is close enough while enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. We certainly recommend this day for your Las Vegas trip.

Our family has stayed in countless rentalhomes over the years and this was easily one of the best across the board. Close enough to the strip, yet far enough away to relax in peace. The house has everything you need and more, and the hot tub and putting green, pool tables, and games made coming home each night exciting for the kids. It’s easy to see why Lou has so many 5 star reviews. This is what every vrbo should strive to be. BOOK THIS HOUSE, you won’t be disappointed!

Great house in a great location. Bedrooms were as described but I think it would not work well if you had more that 6 persons and needed to use the sofa bed if the living room. Outside area is great

We had a great stay! The home was very clean with all that you will need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were lots of fun. We found it helpful to have the garage to park our car. Nice quiet Green Valley neighborhood. Lou was very responsive when we wanted to add an extra day to our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Kids and grandkids came to visit. One day there was bad air quality so we just stayed inside and played pool. Love the trash compactor! Only suggestion would be a fan on the back patio for those of us that come when it's hot.

This property was better than advertised. Everything was clean and in proper working order. Check in and out was easy. Pool was perfect. The host, Lou, is absolutely fantastic. Super attentive and extremely fast responding to anything I asked about. Everything was laid out perfectly and worked as advertised. I can't say enough kind words about Lou or this incredible property. If I could rate it a 10 I would!!

There are many features about this house that we liked. 1. Working with Lou was a breeze. Good, clear, and responsive communication. 2. Kitchen amenities. Because of our family food allergies we prepare most of our food and the kitchen was well stocked with just about everything that you would need. The wide assortment of teas and coffee pods was a bonus. 3. Activities. Between the putting course, pool, pool table and arcade game our family was thoroughly entertained when we weren’t out on the Strip. 4. Ample size. At just over 2,000 sf and 3 bedrooms we weren’t getting into each other’s space. 5. Garage parking. The temperature was 108+ each day and we liked to be able to park in the garage. One afternoon it hailed (pea sized) but our car was inside. The only thing we wished it had was a small patch of grass for our dog. There was a really nice park a short walk/drive away that we frequented often. We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at this house for a few days, and it was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the mini golf and the pool table. Lou was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We look forward to returning in the future!
