Absolute beachfront accommodation, perfect for families and large groups.

It's the second time we've stayed and it is perfect for a large family such as mine. Enough space for everyone to do their own thing, but great when we want to be together. It's very clever the way they have designed the downstairs bathroom facilities. One person can be in the shower, while another is in the toilet, and a third person can be using the basin area so there weren't any queues in the morning!

Great accommodation and location. House clean and tidy. Communication was excellent and easy to enter property. The view was spectacular.

The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.Waking up to the coastal views was a highlight, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Our host was welcoming, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Balcony gave us beautiful views of the beach, the size of the house was absolutely perfect for the 10 adults and young kids we had join us. The kitchen was excellent having absolutely everything we need from a large arrangement of glass wear and platters to plastic cutlery and plates for the kids. Will defintley be back to this house.

This is the third time I have stayed at this accommodation, and I cannot fault it. We spent Saturday morning on the balcony, doing a jigsaw puzzle and seal spotting and the afternoon we walked around the bluff then curled up in front of the fire reading. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dinnerware and cookware. Having the heater on for our arrival was such a lovely touch. I hope to stay again in the future.

Overall the accommodation was good, warm and comfortable beds with lovely clean linen.

We had a great long weekend watching the ocean and the weather! The property was so well maintained and equipped and Annie was available to contact if needed! Would love to come back again sometime!

Excellent property that was ideal for our family group of 13, including 5 children ranging from 3 to 12. All the facilities were excellent and the location right on the beach front was perfect.

It was fantastic, however it was unfortunate the bbq wasn’t clean. On speaking to the host it was cleaned promptly with no hesitation. Thank you. We will be back next year for our third visit.

After a lot of searching we found this to be the perfect house for our family and friends to stay. Ticked all our boxes and the host has been extremely helpful and communicative.

The location was perfect, outside the busy centre of Victor Harbor. You really can't beat the view from upstairs, just beautiful. All our guests had a wonderful time and would certainly book again in future.

Fabulous property for girls weekend with multiple beds and bathrooms. Enjoyed the spectacular view and location. Lovely property. Beds were comfy. Property manager was super responsive to issues and communication.

we are a 3 generation family of 14, and everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of room to eat together, socialize, relax and still have time and space for ourselves. this beautiful home is clean, modern, warm, and packed with amenities to help your stay very comfortable.
