With four well-appointed suite-style bedrooms, this recently remodeled cozy home accommodates up to 10 guests with room to spread out, perfect for mountain memories to be made with family or friends.



This multi-level home was thoughtfully designed to offer privacy coupled with access. On the second level, guests will find a well-stocked gourmet kitchen, a dining area with big windows for amazing views in every meal and an open living room space. On the third level, the main living room with a cozy fireplace features year round extraordinary 180° views. The private master bedroom with its private master balcony overlooking Old Town is a great place to sip your morning coffee and take in the mountain aroma. A hot tub perches overlooking pine and aspen studded mountains for après ski relaxation. Abode on Sampson has it all; four more well appointed bedrooms spread in different levels bringing complete privacy to each guest, an ample ski storage, a 2 car garage, and designer decorations with modern furniture and fabulous art.

    Yes. My family and I stayed at the Adobe on Sampson from 01/14/26 - 01/17/26. It was a beautiful home with the perfect location. It was super close to Main street and skiing was only about a 5 minute uber ride. Would definitely recommend this place!

    It was a nice multistory house. Not great for people with mobility issues but great views and comfortable accommodations. Close to town but lots of stairs if you want to walk. Kids had a great time in the hot tub and climbing the snowy hill on the property.

    Our first family trip skiing out west. Lucked out and had a ton of powder to ski on. This is great house and great response time by the management to any issues we had. One word of advice to any renters, the road up to the house includes a number of switchbacks and steep. 4WD or AWD vehicles necessary in the winter.

    Very nice house. Good location. It's situated up on a (big) hill just above Main Street. Walkable but challenging. The 8th bed in the top floor is basically a window ledge and cushion, not necessarily a distinct bed. Thanks for hosting! We had a great time.

    The Abode on Sampson was a wonderful home for rent. The management company was very responsive with snow removal from decks and driveways and also with a minor hot tub issue. I would certainly stay there again if I ever return to Park city. 10/10 stay! Thank you!

    We had a furnace issue that required visits by staff and contractors that was handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. The ski on/ski off location was key for us- loved it! The staircase to/from Main St was convenient perk
