The Space:

Located a few blocks from Town Lift, surrounded by mountain views and only five minutes from Main St, this is the ideal dream escape.. This incredible 4 bed, 5 bath custom ski chalet brings the most scenic parts of Park City right to your doorstep. The layout is excellent for hosting large groups, as each guest will have their own private space and bathroom, with bedding to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in beds, or up to 17 comfortably with a pull out king bed in one of the many living areas.



The heart of the home is the fabulous great room, the perfect gathering place for your group, featuring a floor to ceiling rock fireplace surrounded by deep-cushioned sofas and vaulted ceilings. Behind is the beautiful, alpine-style dining area, making for a wonderful gathering point. Next to it, the gorgeous gourmet kitchen with everything you could need for cooking. All with hardwood floors and stunning surrounding views. Enjoy your morning coffee from the deck off the main living area, or fire up the grill to prepare a fresh feast for your tribe.



When it’s time to rest & recharge for another fun-filled day in our adventurous mountain town, there won’t be any fighting over bedrooms here! All four bedrooms are spacious and each with their own bathroom. The master suite, with perfectly framed mountain views is located on the top main level with an oversized king bed. On the main level, you’ll find two additional guest suites – one with a pull out king bed in the living area and an additional queen room.. The lower-level floor features a queen bedroom as well as a king bedroom.



Located just a few short minutes from Historic Main Street in Park City, this property offers amazing ski access, ski storage, garage, a private hot tub and an outdoor living area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.     As we entered the house, soft playing music welcomed us inside. The bedrooms were spacious and furnished well. Heated flooring in the entryway and bathrooms were a welcome surprise. Large kitchen allowed us to have multiple cooks in the kitchen at one time. We hosted our friends to dinner with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy a meal together. Beds and pillows were comfortable allowing for restful sleep after a full day on the ski slopes. Extra special treat were the croissants from Ballerina Farms. They were delicious!!! I will be ordering for my guests in the future.

    We spent the weekend on Lowell with a group of ladies and we all had the best time. The house was large and clean, and in a central location. Just a heads up that the property lists central A/C when in reality it is a unit in only the bunk room. Typically would not be an issue but it was a super hot weekend.Overall had the best time here and can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

    Nice house with big kitchen and family space. Furniture was well used and I actually had to put tape over a corner of the sofa where metal was sticking out. Some beds were pretty uncomfortable as well. With some updating it would be a great rental. It is a bit of a walk to skiing, but definitely doable if you’re in shape.

    The property was even better than the photos indicated. Communication with the rental management was easy and prompt. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was very well maintained. We enjoyed the proximity to Main Street and walked down there most days. This house is a gem and would be perfect for any season in Park City.
