With gas fireplaces and spacious entertaining areas, this retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.



The Space:

Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort in the last community to ever be built directly on the resort, Abode at Life is Beautiful could not be better situated to enjoy Park City to its fullest in all seasons.

**Ski-in/ski-out access via the King's Crown run access is managed by Vail resort based on weather and conditions permitting, Abode does not control the availability.



This brand new slope-side community, offers a unique living space that will provide guests with a gateway to world-class skiing, biking, and hiking, as well as proximity to Park City’s iconic Main Street and its vast array of shopping and dining experiences, you can park up to two cars in the property and get anywhere in less than a ten minute walk! Three bedrooms plus an office/study, four full bathrooms, gas fireplaces & entertaining space makes Abode at Life is Beautiful perfect for family or groups looking for an escape with room to spread out, accommodating 6 guests in standard beds or up to 8 guests total across four levels.



This property offers one of the most up to date and unique interiors with custom design, furnishings & well-appointed fixtures. The chef in your group will love the gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, including a bar counter for an easy breakfast. Relax in front of the gas fireplace, while decompressing, watch a favorite movie on the tv or just enjoy the outdoor living overlooking Old Town from the couch. This mountain modern open floor on the main level is perfect for your group to spread around with plenty of seating. And don’t forget to enjoy the private hot tub around your main entry, no need to get inside home to start relaxing. Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or calling Abode at Life is Beautiful home for a longer retreat, the home is perfectly equipped for remote working with an office on the third level and high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a daybed & twin trundle bed for two additional guests.



The master bedroom with a king bed and lots of natural light from the private balcony can switch to a romantic dark room when the curtains come down and the gas fireplace is on. At the top level, the fun open lofted bedroom with a king bed, holds a wet bar where cocktails can be made and enjoyed at the private balcony deck or in any of the cozy lounge seating around. The third bedroom is on the first level with a queen bed and flat screen TV, next to ski lockers for gear storage.



Abode at Life is Beautiful is just a three minute walk from the winter community building of King’s Crown Tower & Lounge, where you can gear up and hit the slopes from the private Crown Way run, and take advantage of more King’s Crown amenities like ski lockers so that you can leave your gear at the end of each day – no need to carry it back and forth from the home – and seasonal daily après service (complimentary wine, beer & snacks) in the Owner’s Lounge.



The property is centrally located in downtown Park City adjacent to the Park City Mountain Village base area and historic Main Street is a short walk away. The property has great views to the northeast that include Lewis Peak.
