The Space:

Abode at King's Gold is in the midst of an Old Town neighborhood just a short walk down to Historic Main Street. You’ll enjoy a true local experience in this quaint neighborhood and luxurious modern accommodations. With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, Abode at King's Gold can comfortably accommodate eight guests.



This delightful contemporary home is tastefully styled with touches of the west mixed with modern wildlife art and retro ski photography. Beautifully furnished, the great room area features a sectional sofa and unique stacked flagstone fireplace tucked into the corner. The stylish dining area has seating for six while the adjoining kitchen counter seats three more. Gorgeous marble countertops and stainless steel appliances grace a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.



You’ll find a variety of outdoor living spaces where you can enjoy the mountain air. Along one side of the house is a multi-level wooden deck. A BBQ grill on the lower portion offers a great place to hang out and grill something delicious for dinner. Just a few steps up you’ll find a lovely covered seating area cozily surrounded by nature. A petite balcony off the front of the house has a bistro table and chairs perfect for an intimate morning cup of coffee for two. After a long day on the mountain, rejuvenate in the private hot tub while admiring the stars above.



Sleeping will come easy in any of the four bedrooms. Settle into the handsome master bedroom with a splendid king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Two more beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, also have fully stocked en-suite bathrooms. The final bedroom features a sleek twin bunk bed, overstuffed chair, large desk, and full bath. Washer, dryer and detergent can be found in the closet on the top floor for your convenience.



With the many benefits of this ideal location you’ll be close to all the galleries, boutiques, and outstanding restaurants on Main Street. Be sure not to miss a night out and experience Park City’s lively nightlife scene. Located at the bottom of Main is the Town Lift with hassle-free access to Park City Mountain Resort. If you do have a car, there’s a two car garage attached to the house with extra room for storing your gear.

    We enjoyed the house. It was an easy walk to Main Street. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We would rent it again.

    The house is a little run down and has Box Ender beetle problems. The listing does not make clear the fact that only small cars fit in the garage.

    We had a fantastic stay at Abode at King's Gold. The home was lovely and just as described. Our host Tim was responsive and helpful with great tips about local eating.The location was amazing, walking to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Just what we had wanted. Great friendly people in Park City and at the ski resorts. Such a bonus that Deer Valley opened early and for the first time ever at Thanksgiving. We will come back!

    We had a great 2 week stay in Park City. The management was very responsive to a couple issues we had. The house is cute and clean. Location was ideal, especially when viewing the 4th of July parade. The bathrooms are small but we made them work. We will book again.

    This was our first time in Park City and the town, house and skiing were great. The check in and check out process were super easy. The property manager was super responsive. The house was large enough for the six of us and we all had a wonderful time. The property was within walking distance to all the Main Street restaurants and shops. There was a lift not far away that was an easy drop off and pick up. We just had a really great time. I would highly recommend Patk Citt and this property!!

    What a great stay! Accommodations were clean, modern and refreshing. Hosts were very responsive and polite. Can't beat the location, just right off the main strip. Very appreciative that we were able to check-in early and check-out process was smooth with very little to do on our end. Highly recommend!

    Beautiful property at the top of Main Street. Nice back deck with comfy furniture. Three couples enjoyed plenty of space. Management very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!
