The Space:

Completely renovated in 2019, Abode at Dynamite Haus is a modern masterpiece, with all of today’s modern niceties including in-floor radiant heat for a warm and cozy feel, gorgeous wide plank oak wood floors, and an exquisite gas fireplace in the living room wrapped in repurposed wood from the original home. Only four blocks from Main Street & Town Lift, Abode at Dynamite Haus features luxurious amenities throughout, with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, plus a bonus murphy bunk in the lower living room, accommodating up to 10 adults. This Park City paradise is ideal for any group of travelers looking to explore all that Park City has to offer!



Filled with vibrant décor and luxurious furnishings, the main level with it’s open floor plan will surely be the hub for entertaining, relaxing & reconnecting! The gourmet kitchen with a beautifully waterfalled island with seating for 3, convenient prep sink, ‘one-touch’ Thermador refrigerator and a six burner Wolf range will make any chef feel at home! Mornings start with coffee and fresh mountain air from the front balcony overlooking all of Old Town. When the dinnertime bell rings, gather the group around the dining table that easily seats 8. For post-dinner drinks, or a soak in the private hot tub, head out back to one of the largest outdoor living spaces in Old Town!



After a long day of mountain adventures, Abode at Dynamite Haus offers a comfy & cozy home to return to with four well-appointed bedrooms spread over the three levels. The grand master suite is the entire top level, boasting a king bed, warm gas fireplace, private access to the enormous back patio, HDTV, sitting area, full private spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in steam shower, dual vanity sinks and it’s own front-loading washer & dryer. Down to the main level, you’ll find the second guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, patio access, and private ensuite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet. Below on the lower level are two additional guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with a king bed. For groups in need of additional sleeping arrangements, the lower level living room features a pull out Murphy bunk bed (twin/twin) to accommodate 2 more! Other conveniences of this home include a second laundry room on the lower level, central air conditioning, high-speed wifi, and one-car garage.

    This location was absolutely perfect for our group of girls! The house is STUNNING and let's talk about the primary bedroom level, it was huge! The location is perfect and an easy walk (with some stairs) right into downtown! Perfect location , house had everything we needed as far as amenities, outdoor area was great (watch out for sap) and a lovely hot tub!! This is perfect for a large group looking to have an easy relaxing time and be able to get downtown easily. I would love to stay here again on my next visit!

    A great layout for a larger family or a couple families looking to share a house. The house was equipped with everything you'd need to cook at home or BBQ. Also, a short walk to Main Street and the restaurants + shops. We enjoyed a summer stay but could imagine how nice it would be for a winter ski vacation!

    We spent a long weekend in Park City for a girls' trip, and this was the perfect location! We could walk to Main Street easily, and the layout of the house was amazing for a group. Everyone slept comfortably. The primary suite is unreal!

    Being in our 70's, we found the 3 blocks proximity to Main Street a challenge for the return trip. There were nice stairs all the way down, with hand rails, very safe. But the 3 blocks were straight down. There was also a steep road that my son used with his kid's stroller. MAIN SUITE: top floor, no privacy for the bathroom from the stairs; the bedroom had a door however. The bottom sheet on the bed felt like paper but housekeeping was out of bottom sheets until 4 days into our stay, so we kept what was on there. I got used to it, but it was very uncomfortable the first night and did not match the top sheet. KITCHEN/LIVING: Lots of comfortable space for our 4 adults and 3 children. The toaster did not work; I did not report it. As was stated, the only condiments available was what previous customers had left. There was no salt, a pretty basic item to be supplied in my opinion. BOTTOM LEVEL: The one car garage led directly into the area where the kid's bunk beds were located, as well as two additional bedrooms. Luckily, we all retired at the same time. There was no a/c control to be found on this lower level even though the property description said a/c was on every level. Heat was on every level; however, it was quite warm during our June stay and a/c on the lower level was needed. OUTDOOR SPACE: We did not use. It was in full shade, had no view, and could be accessed from the street. Summary: Property not the best for elderly or children.
