An ideal location for any group of adventurers, Abode at Dawn Patrol is a short walk down the street to Park City Mountain Resort and boasts three bedrooms, with three full bathrooms, and a loft area with a pull-out couch. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a spacious tub and double vanity for a unique luxury experience. There are two other ensuite bedrooms, on the lower level the king bedroom has patio access. The twin over a queen bunkbed bedroom is on the main floor proximity with lots of privacy. With all these bedroom options, live your story at Abode at Empire, with up to 9 guests.



Located in the heart of Old Town, Abode at Dawn Patrol is only 0.3 miles away from the Town Lift and 0.4 miles away to Park City Mountain Resort base making it a great location in the summer and the winter.

    2 blocks off of The main drag made it a great location to walk to restaurants and not have to worry about parking in town. very comfortable and easy vibe. Management team was terrific!

    We stayed at the property for 5 days and skied Park Cuty Mountain. Great location. Walkable to slops and downtown. Property was clean and well managed. All needs were met and property management was available and responsive immediately with any additional questions.

    we loved this house. good light, size, space, cute furnishings & great location. 3 blocks to town… it's uphill for a few blocks but they are short blocks. we had a family with kids and did it twice a day at least (in snow boots too) & was fine. we were traveling with another couple and was great to have separate space on different floors. the house is on 3 floors total. the hot tub was clean & hot. neighborhood is very charming and service by management was great!

    Great location near both Town Lift and Park City resort base. Close to Main Street. Exquisite property, super clean, well equipped & stocked. Comfortable in every way. Abode personnel are a pleasure to work with and super responsive. Would rent again for sure & highly recommend!

    The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was perfect for 6 guests with each room having its own private bathroom. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing and riding on snow mobiles. Would stay again for sure
