Between the 2 bedroom main house and detached guest house, this quaint Old Town home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 3 total bedrooms. This Historic Park City Old Town home has been fabulously renovated and offers every amenity a family or small group seeks in a luxury mountain getaway.



Rebuilt from top to bottom with attention to every detail, you'll simply fall in love the moment you enter through the front door! The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a central fireplace, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area that seats up to 9, stacked laundry and boot dryers. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom just outside the room. Sweet dreams are made in the unique master bedroom which features an ensuite bathroom, desk for WFH, plush queen bed, and vaulted ceilings with stairs up to an open loft with two additional twin beds. From the master, step right outside to the charming back patio area that will make you feel a world away from the hustle & bustle of Main Street while still being just steps away. Enjoy warm nights lounging around the fire pit and grill up a feast for your group, or relax and stargaze from your private hot tub.



The detached guest suite is accessed via the patio and features a cozy living area with a kitchenette, TV and a desk perfect for the remote worker, and an additional sleep sofa. Up the spiral staircase you'll find the third lofted bedroom with a queen bed, and standalone bathtub so that you can literally roll right out of bed and into a nice, warm bath, as well as an ensuite bathroom. Abode at Alpine Minnie’s has it all – Easy and convenient access to the free public Park City transportation, steps to Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift (a 3 minute walk!) and all that Old Town has to offer right at your doorstep, and space for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional street parking is available but may be limited during peak seasons.

    This is a fantastic house in one of the best locations. Walkable to main street and town lift. The house is in great condition with tons of space. Abode rentals provided great information up front and communication along the way.

    We had a group of eight staying at this house, and it was perfect for our trip. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Main Street for dinner and nightlife, and super convenient to all the Park City lifts. The home itself was great, but what really stood out was the exceptional communication from Abode. They were incredibly accommodating with check-in and check-out, which was a huge help since we all arrived at different times. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d definitely book again!

    Park city is the best. Great location to go to Harvest for brunch, quick block distance to town lift. It's 15 min away but go to Cortona for lasagna or chicken piccata and stout cake. Place is the best homemade pasta.

    My stay at Alpine Minnie’s could not have been better. The home was impeccably designed and perfectly appointed. They thought of everything…from the kitchen utensils and small appliances to the motorized shades, Frame TVs and whole house AV. And the team at Abode was top notch. I’ll definitely be back!

    We loved our time here! Even with 16+inches of snow we were able to walk every where. There was a small problem with arrival emails/texts not getting to me but all was worked out in a timely manner. Beautiful space with all that we needed! Will definitely be back!
