Stayed Jul 25, 2025Condo very nicely decorated. Sleeper sofa was broken, as were some of the door locks(which unreported to property management). Very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchenware. Nice view of the ocean. Short walk to beach, although beach was very crowded with many restrictions as to where you could set up your tent/umbrellas and chairs. Adequate parking. Lots of great eating establishments within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025Great location but the property could use a thorough cleaning and new carpet/flooring in bedrooms and stairs… looked as tho someone was ill on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was great! No beach chairs so bought bag chairs and left them for next renters. The a/c definitely needs maintenance before summer!

Stayed Oct 30, 2024The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted and the family room was very comfortable and huge. The beds were nice and we appreciated the 2 Kings. Thanks for a great time for my son’s wedding. It was so convenient right across from the beach ceremony!

Stayed May 26, 2024This was our first time here but certainly won’t be our last. You are literally steps from the beach an all the restaurants. Small touches like baby crib made this experience over the top. We will only staying here on future trips to Santa Rosa.
