Stayed Jul 27, 2024Check in time was posted for 3 PM. We were told when we checked in that the house was not ready. The cleaners finished the property at 5:30. The cleaning was poor at best. We did call back to Elliott to report. The third floor AC unit was not working. Someone did come and replace by 8 PM The jacuzzi had a large amount of sand when we arrived. This was reported to Elliott. On Wednesday the first floor AC unit broke. It was repaired by that evening. Over all the Rental agency did a poor job with communication and understanding of the delay with check in. My question to them was you have a check out time which is nonnegotiable without incurring a charge. The same should be for the late check in.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Total of 5 families for this vacation in Myrtle Beach, all Moms and Dads and two adult kids had their own room with a King bed. Two rooms had two Queen beds each which was perfect for the younger kids. Main living area and kitchen on first floor and all bedrooms upstairs second and third level which was ideal for privacy when wanted. Location was perfect, very short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. Had couple minor issues both dealt with promptly by management agency. Plenty of parking space for our 6 vehicles but we really didn't need to drive much. Grocery store is short 4 blocks away wed usually walk there. Public golf course only 3 miles away. Kitchen was great, plenty of dishes. Big kitchen table great for dinners. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 5, 2021The rental process was easy enough. The check in was good. I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The toilets were nasty. The kitchen cabinets, countertops and utensils were nasty. I had to put all dishes, utensils, pans, etc through dishwasher before we used them. I would return to the area again but not rent this property. It did not keep is from having a fabulous week though.
