A Whale of a Good Time!

Your house was very nice and we loved the decor. You were also very responsive to any of our questions and needs.We were very disappointed with the cold weather which prevented the pool heater to heat the pool to a useable temperature. But, that was out of your control and mine.Despite not being able to use the pool, we sat by the fire pit outside the screen around the pool and were able to get plenty of sun. We had a good time!Thanks for everything!!!

Two Thumbs Up! This house is big and spacious . The pool with the screen enclosure is very nice . Also this house has a VERY big fenced back yard . Plenty of room for kids running and playing (or adults) . Plenty of outdoor seating for eating or sitting around the gas fire pit. The house is located in a really nice residential neighborhood (felt really safe ) and the neighbors were friendly. A great neighborhood for walking too. The location is PERFECT. With close access to restaurants, grocery stores and a really big mall. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there for a week .

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The host is so kind and allowed us to host our very small wedding reception in the backyard. The backyard is absolutely beautiful! Overall, a great stay and close to the beach! Hope to stay again!

We had a great time, beautiful home, clean very nice neighborhood quiet, had everything you can need for a vacation, plus much more, loads of board games, and activities. VERY spacious house, awesome pool was a lifesaver for the eight-year-old (to skip the beach and Florida heat.) Great location. Very comfortable master bedroom bed best sleep of my life. Highly recommend, Overall 10 out of 10!!

The home looked very nice. But we found a lot of dirty appliances, showers, countertops, etc. the oven was so dirty that we dicc C may feel safe using it. The sofa was very uncomfortable. And the throw pillows were nasty and worn out jn the living room.

Booked this updated 3b/3b pool home for 8 days. 6 family members joined us 1 day/night for a mini reunion. The home was clean, very large caged pool, and FULLY stocked for games/toys/beach towels and anything a chef would need to prepare meals in the unbelievably HUGE gorgeous kitchen! Had an issue with garbage disposal and owner was quick to respond. Plumber arrived in 1 hour (on a SUNDAY!) The rain shower heads in bathrooms had great strong water pressure for anyone with long hair (you know what I mean, right? Some rain showers are so weak that it takes forever to rinse off!) Lovely unique neighborhood, great for morning walks. We met many dog-walkers. Hit Linger Lodge (casual) in Bradenton for lunch, 13 miles N. Great View of Braden River, food and service excellent. Also hit Jungle Gardens 5 miles from home. I am a flamingo-lover, and had a great time hand-feeding them which is a rare opportunity! Owner is quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed staying at the home. The property owner has equipped the home well. The pool and lanai was a great spot to hang out. We hope to visit again.

The property matches the online description perfectly. A nice home with room (and bathrooms!) for everyone. The outside enclosed lanai is lovely and where we spent most of our time. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were immediately responsive for all needs and questions.

Owner was very responsive to all our requests and questions. Enjoyed the pool, lanai and fire table. Very large kitchen and dining area for our group. Neighborhood was nice to walk in. It was close to all our activities. We enjoyed the Sarasota Farmers Market on Saturday as well as an art festival.

This house was perfect for our family. We loved just hanging out, swimming, and playing games. The kitchen is beyond! It's on a nice quiet street perfect for a quick run or a family walk. Thank you!

The property was amazing. Good location close to downtown and the beaches. Plenty of space to not feel like you were on top of one another. Slept all of us comfortably.

This is a great house! Perfect place for large/ multi family stay. Kitchen is sooo spacious, 2 large master bedrooms and a bunk room with 4 beds. Will definitely use again for our stays in FL! Owners were so easy and great to work with!!

Nanette’s home is as pictured. She had everything you could need and more. There’s so much space to move about comfortably. There was a storm during our stay and the house felt safe and quiet! Our kids are fish and loved the pool!

We were a group of 8 and the house was just perfect for us. A lot of space, beautiful outdooring and kitchen. We spent great time and would return for sure!

It was a very friendly quiet neighborhood, close to where I live so that was nice. Everything was just what we wanted. Pool was heated and clean. Great location for seeing the spots right off a main road going into downtown. We had a blast!

Fantastic stay. Owner allowed us to entertain 20 of our friends and family for our wedding rehearsal party. The house was exceptional and did not disappoint! Thank you!

Great house, quiet neighborhood, clean, safe area.

We loved the property. The size of the kitchen/dining room is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen for 2 of us who love to cook. The pool and outside area were great to lounge in during the heat. We will stay again for certain.
