A wonderful, comfortable, welcoming house. Beautifully and tastefully decorated and a gorgeous view of the lagoon from the large kitchen windows. Excellent bed, large and plentiful bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen (with every drawer and cabinet labeled as to their contents). The host was very responsive and provided useful information about restaurants and places to visit. My queries to him during our stay were always addressed within minutes. We want to return some day.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great. The backyard and deck are wonderful: We had nearly every meal at the house outside, and the outside shower and hot tub are lovely! We were able to watch fireworks from Oaks Bluff in the back yard one night which was particularly spectacular. The house was the perfect size for two families.

Fantastic house with picture perfect views. James was a phenomenal host; incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The house is even better than the pictures and it’s very well-stocked. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our sibling get away. The kitchen offers views of the inlet and is stocked with everything you need. The outdoor living space was perfect for relaxing. The bed in the main room downstairs is the most comfortable sleep I’ve had in a rental. The decor is nautical and perfect.

The home was lovely and the location was just perfect! The kitchen was really well equipped and everything from the dining chairs to the sofas to the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property, very well kept. Great idea of having everything neatly labelled in the kitchen ! We were there for a birthday and host very kindly added some birthday decorations prior to ours checking in. Couldn't have been happier with the experience!

Great place, great location and clean. All the things I look for. It is strange to say, but I really enjoyed doing dishes, the view from sink was amazing. A wonderful place to stay. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

Our Family had a great time enjoying this house and all it had to offer. The rooms were as described and all the furniture was very cozy. The hot tub did not initially turn on but the response from Jim was almost immediate. Considering It was 11 at night, I think that is fantastic and solved the problem. The grill was perfect and outdoor fire pit was toasty. This may be my favorite house we have stayed at!!

This is a great property. Nice location just off the water and close to Vineyard Haven. James the host, communicated with us prior to our arrival and when arrived. It is a beautiful home, with a great kitchen, a hot tub, fire pit and patio. It is a great place to stay on the island.

We loved the house and proximity to town and water. Hosts were so welcoming! Would stay again. A true gem!!
