Immerse yourself in our luxe two acre retreat. Sip in views of Cathedral Rock or dine at the base of your private, red rock mountain under Sedona's brightest stars. With floor to ceiling French doors, artisan sky lights and exceptionally positioned windows, you'll experience the best of red rock country while still enjoying modern amenities, like: an infinity pool, Starlink WiFi, Sonos surround sound, Hunter Douglas electric blinds, a Viking range and Sub-zero fridge. Escape into Sedona's magic.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Red Rock Loop in Southwest Sedona, this area boasts the most stunning views in the entire city. Visiting this part of town is at the top of every tourist guide and local recommendation. Even still, it typically has less crowds and fewer people than the other areas of Sedona.

If you think of Sedona as an upside Y with the arms leading away towards Cottonwood and the Village of Oak Creek and the stem leading towards Flagstaff, we are in the middle of the two arms beside some of Sedona's most iconic landmarks. The 89A leads from Cottonwood through Sedona to Flagstaff (and beyond) and we are just south of the highway in the heart of red rock country.

Just 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes off the highway on the Red Rock Loop Scenic Drive, it's amazing how transformative our neck of the woods is. Peaceful and serene, this neighborhood makes you feel like you're away from it all, without actually having to be.

Villa Vortex is located just off of the world-famous Red Rock Loop. The road winds through iconic landmarks and spectacular scenery. We end up taking a photo of the views at least every-other-time we drive home (truthfully, it never gets old!).

Our property is on a quiet, private road. You will have to drive about 100 feet down compacted dirt to make it to our paved driveway (our Prius and our neighbor's Prius make it no problem).

Speaking of neighbors, we do have a few, though we often forget when in the privacy of our estate. We have a couple families nearby and occasionally you will see the young kids playing in their yards when coming to and from the house. One of our neighbors also has horses which we occasionally hear neigh in the distance.

There are several SPECTACULAR hikes, swimming holes and parks near the house. Red Rock State Park is ideal for casual strolls and hiking while Crescent Moon State Park has the most amazing swimming holes and our favorite vortex in Sedona. Both are within biking distance from the house!

There are many, many more trails, attractions and vistas along Red Rock Loop (and we have a list if you're interested!).

Sedona is an International Dark Sky community, which means we are required to limit outdoor lighting. We do have some lighting near the front door, on our driveway, and in our patio and pool, but it is minimal. As a result, it can be tricky to see outside at night, but the stargazing is unparalleled! It is truly spectacular to spot shooting stars over the silhouette of Cathedral Rock from our balcony!

Getting around:

To get around Sedona you will need a car (or you will need to be a very avid cycler!). We are on the northern end of Sedona and you can easily drive to a plethora of stunning hikes, walks, parks and swimming holes in just five minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to get to town, and the drive is so beautiful you won't even notice!

But, if you DO happen to be a cycler or mountain biker, you can EASILY ride from the house to the countless trails nearby, or you may just find that Red Rock Loop is the ideal road to ride!

What can I say. Excellent views. Super cool space. Well maintained and well stocked. Ok, so start your day will a tea or coffee in the dining area. You might so see some of the local residents (deer, boar, birds and such) on the hillside behind the house. The kitchen is large enough to fix a full blown meal so enjoy that. There were seven of us and we were all able to gather in the living room for some family time. After a day’s adventures we came back to some really comfy beds. Although that sounds great, the really cool part of this house is the decor. Spend some time just soaking up the unique things setting around the house.

Dishwasher was not functional. Response from prop mgr was quick however. Ceiling in 1 bedroom leaked during rainstorm - slight dripping. Bowl placed under drip.

Pool access was virtually inaccessible, requiring climbing up and down very steep, uneven rock steps. Views from the front deck and back of the property were outstanding.Interesting floorplan. The choice if flooring pattern, especially on the interior stairs was not good and flat out dangerous with horizontal lines of the exact same color as the stair edges making it very difficult to navigate, especially in low light. The office area in the master is a bit odd and a death trap. Very easy to roll a chair off as there is no railing next to the stairs.Who thought putting the Hammock of Death, 5 feet off the ground, over rocks was a good idea? May be nit picking but:Cloths cannot be transferred from washer to the dryer without closing both doorsThe (appears to be newly remolded) beautiful Sub Zero refrigerator is in front of a window with the plumbing in view from the back yard.A new closet has been built in the 4th bedroom that cuts off half of a window. No access to the garage or trash cans to remove garbage from the house.Overall the house is very nice, clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our trip despite these issues. Some are very minor and petty while others are dangerous or inaccessible and should be addressed. When paying a premium price for property, I would not have expected these issues.

We had an amazing time—Red Rock Estate is absolutely worth the stay! The house was spotless, private, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views. The location was perfect and made our trip to Sedona unforgettable. The only suggestion I’d make is to add blinds in the master bathroom for those of us who are a bit shy—that should be an easy fix. Also, the pool was quite chilly since it doesn’t have a heater, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.I would definitely recommend Red Rock Estate to friends visiting Sedona!

Absolutely amazing views from everywhere in the home. We have visited Sedona 6 times over the last 15 years, rented three different homes all with pools and this home by far has been our favorite.

Our family of 7 (5 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful time stargazing, swimming in the pool, and making lasting memories. This house has amazing views, is fully stocked, but sleeping arrangements are not as advertised. One of the bedrooms was rated as having two twin beds, but it actually had two very thin mattresses stacked directly on top of each other, and were actually cots. To use the two cots, one had to be placed in a different bedroom because there was not room in this bedroomfor two very small cots. This was a problem for us, as our kids were 11 and 14 years old, and needed separate twin beds.In terms of cleanliness, the duvet covers and living room furniture appeared dirty and could use a refresh, as well as some very used pillows could be replaced. Bedsheets appeared to have seen better days. For such a beautiful home with fantastic views, we expected better.

The seven of us stayed at this rental for four nights. The house had everything we needed! We loved all the space to spread out and the multiple outside areas to lounge. The area was so quiet and peaceful. Watching the sun come up and go down was a beautiful view from the balcony. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this to others visiting Sedona.

We enjoyed our annual weekend get away to Sedona in this beautiful casa. If you are wanting views, this is your spot! The tall windows in the main room and the ceiling windows afford a view from wherever you look. Both front and back patio offered a variety of Red Rock Views. The sunrise over the mountains from the infinity pool area in the morning with a warm cup of coffee was spectacular! We look forward to coming back in warmer temps when we can swim in it. It was a relaxing spot to return to & cozy up to the warm fire pit after longs days of hikes. Not a negative- but we had 3 adult couples & saw it was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath rental w/ on suite baths for each, but there was only 1 downstairs bath for 2 couples to share. The master is lovely- so probably best for a family w/ kids verses 3 adult couples. Either way, this property is awesome!

Our recent stay at Rosanna’s Two Acre Red Rock Estate was fantastic. We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The property feels secluded, tucked away just enough to offer peace and privacy while still being a convenient 20-minute drive from downtown Sedona. What sets this property apart is the breathtaking view. Waking up to panoramic mountain vistas across the valley was a daily highlight. On one morning, we were delighted to spot a deer right outside, and another day, a group of around 15 javelinas casually roamed the property (don’t worry, they’re harmless as long as you don’t bother them). The home comfortably accommodated our group of three couples and a family friend, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed – we especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and, of course, the coffee pot, which got a lot of use during our stay. Rosanna was a fantastic host, responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. This estate offered the perfect blend of luxury and nature, making it an ideal base for exploring Sedona. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience in this beautiful area!

We enjoyed our vacation with family in Sedona…so much to do. The home was comfortable for 4 adults and three children. All of the outside space was perfect for enjoying Sedona’s incomparable scenery. Must say, however, this is not the home for traveling with small children, elderly, or anyone who I has mobility challenges due to all the internal and external stairs.

We only had 2 days in Sedona and we went for my moms 50th bday. It was a stunning home with the most amazing views. We enjoyed sunrises over the red rock views and stargazing. The pool was perfect for the heat. The decor and style of the house is just beautiful. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The house is in the wild of the desert so beware of critters, otherwise a perfect stay for the weekend!

This home is absolutely beautiful! I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The decor was so nice. The home was gorgeous. The view was incredible! Communication with the owner was excellent. I have only a couple of little things that were problematic, We didn’t have any hot water and no gas, and it took quite a while to get someone there. However, the owner was very communicative and making every effort to get that rectified and did. I would’ve loved to have gone in the pool. All of us would have the water And I will say that the owner did not notify me that it was propane run, so it was not possible. I had hoped that the weather would’ve warmed up the water, but it did not. I stay there again. The home is beautiful. The only one I would say is and it’s not a complaint. It’s just. thing that I did not see in the photos was one of the rooms in the photos looks larger than it actually is and it looks like it’s just a small, maybe closet add-on so it was very, very small even for two people, and the bed was not comfortable. In fact, I think two of the beds were not very comfortable. I am very afraid of insects and bugs and we did have a problem both nights finding large black spiders and two of the bedrooms when we got back from our outings that was a bit scary for us. Other than that, the home is unbelievably gorgeous and whomever owns. It has taken wonderful care of it. We loved our stay and most definitely will go back . Thank you very much rectify the issue that we had 😊
